Bright and spacious 2 bed, 1 ba unit in the heart of downtown. Industrial style unit with steel framed floor-to-ceiling windows allow light to pour into the unit, as well as provide breathtaking views! What really defines this building is its location. Only a short walk to the downtown core, and within a few blocks from some of the trendiest spots - Starbucks, Ten Foot Henry, Proof, Hot Shop Yoga, Bow River, Stampede grounds and 17th Ave. This location can't be beat! The condo was clean and conveniently located with easy access to everything downtown. My only issue was the cancellation policy. We were in Calgary for a swim meet and booked this condo because it was close to the MNP pool, only to find out afterward that the event was moved to a pool thirty minutes away. We understood the booking was non refundable, but after explaining the situation, the host wasn’t willing to offer any flexibility unless the unit rebooked after we cancelled. That put us in a tough spot and would have left us paying for two places, so we ended up staying even though it no longer worked for us.

Very good location and underground parking was a bonus. Communication with owner was very good. Furnishings lacked in quality and only Netflix was available on TV.

Location was good. Near Starbucks and nightclubs. Easy walking distance to many attractions. Very spacious . Elevators are quick . Equipped with soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies. Full fridge and stove. Cons:Hot water in the shower was not instant!Had a hint of paint smell. Closet doors off their tracks.

Wasn’t very impressed on the cleanliness of the apartment, also the drain was backing up in the bathroom tub and the shower rod needs replacing as it’s rusted and broken. He communication was pretty good but not much the staff could do in a quick time frame.

Good economical option

First off all of the good! - Check in process very detailed and easy to understand. Just make sure you read through it prior - Location was 10/10 with lost of restaurants within walking distance - Building is super secure with underground parking. - View from unit was also great of the busy area. Nice to people watch! No really bad items but things for others to have a heads up on. - Unit needs to have some maintenance and upkeep done on it. General stuff nothing malfunctioning - If you are planning on cooking during your stay, the items in the suite are as basic as you could imagine. Bring your own knife to prep as the provided ones are well used and dull. - The bed is a very stiff foam mattress. Not for us but it’s great if you would like a stiff bed. - Could really use a new set of pillows. Provided ones are well used. All in all the unit was good for the price! Would we stay again, no but that’s just based on the bed preference and that alone. Not because of anything that was terrible. If you don’t care about a softer bed and will be eating out, book it now!

Great Stay in Downtown Calgary!

I recently stayed at this condo in downtown Calgary, and it was a solid experience. The place was as shown in the photos—clean and comfortable. It offered everything I needed for a short getaway. Melissa was a fantastic host! She was a great communicator and was always on top of everything, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in Calgary!

Stay in Downtown Calgary

The condo is in the perfect spot for a very enjoyable stay in downtown Calgary. Steps to many restaurants and shops. An easy walk to Core Mall shopping, and entertainment district.

Great location

We stayed here to be close to the stampede ground and it was fantastic. We could all have our own space and it was only a 10 minute walk to stampede. Plus there is a Starbucks right across the street!
