Discover the luxury of our beautiful villa with a private pool, located just minutes from vibrant Pattaya.
With its bustling shopping centers, vibrant nightlife, and beautiful beaches, this location is the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday.

The villa is tastefully decorated and fully equipped to meet all your needs. The large L-shaped living room (80m²) offers a comfortable leather seating area with a Smart TV and a spacious dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a large refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and washing machine.

There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The other bedrooms each have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. (Two bedrooms share a bathroom.)

The villa's outdoor space is just as impressive as its interior. The spacious terrace, accessible from the living room, is equipped with a large table and chairs, a BBQ, and fans for cooling off on hot days. By the pool, you can enjoy the outdoor shower with comfortable loungers. The large garden is surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

The villa is located in a secure compound on a main road, where you'll find several supermarkets, local markets, delicious restaurants, pubs, and cozy bars within walking distance. There's also a bakery nearby for your daily fresh bread. For your convenience, no transportation is necessary, as all amenities are within walking distance.

On arrival the beds will be made, 4 towels will be provided on each room and we will welcome you at the Villa to give you the keys and all the information. The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with 24 bottles FREE drinking water, we provide daily Free Shampoo and Shower Gel on every bathroom.

Electricity is excluded, the meter will be taken on arrival, cost are 8 Baht a kWh, water is free of charge by normal usage. It's allowed to smoke outside on the terrace, not inside the Villa.

People always pay for what they use, thats how we can keep the price low for our guests. You stayed 2 weeks and with 7 Air-conditioners running all day the price is not that strange, you only pay for what you use during your stay.

This family saved our holiday. After traveling through Asia for almost one month we booked a hotel in Pattaya for the last part of our trip When we arrived at the hotel is was horrible, hotel management didn't do anything about it so at 2 o'clock at night we decided to find ourself a new place to spend the last week of our holiday. We found Hans and his house and send him an email asking if he could help us out and could have us ASAP. Hans replied within the hour and said that the other guests just left and that we need to give him some time to clean the house and then we were most then welcome, 3 hrs later we arrived in a clean house with a beautiful pool. Very spacious house, big bedrooms. A dazzling ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom. A washing machine (hallelujah for that!!!) Big refrigerator , plenty of 7/11 or family marts for purchasing soft drinks, beer and all you need. Athe the nearby local market you can buy groceries, fresh fish and meat should you want to cook yourself, but we had great meals at Murphy's pub just opposite the compound, very good kitchen there not expensive great service Hans and his wife are very helpful. Speak their languages so communication is no problem. We had the best end of our holiday in this house. It was the topping on the cake after a months of traveling through asia
