House was great and Oana was even better. Very spacious with all the amenities needed. House was spotless. Location is perfect, close to all places.Great for families. Would definitely come back.

Perfect little getaway

This place was perfectly located close to my friend's and family. It had all the essentials and necessities all stocked. Very quiet home and neighborhood. Will be back definitely!!

The house was perfect for our needs. It was well stocked. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently updated. It is located In a safe quiet neighborhood which was important to me because I arrived by myself before the rest of my siblings. The property exceeded my expectations for the price. I would definitely stay there again

Very clean spacious, grounds well kept, Area was quiet, close to dining & shopping options and freeway access. All appliances are new up to date. Great private outdoor space with gas firepit to relax in evenings. Loved the roses!

Just about perfect

Our stay at this home was fantastic. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The home is nicely updated and was very comfortable. You can tell she made an effort to have little touches like charging blocks, a few kids toys and high quality toiletry products. We enjoyed our stay tremendou. Thank you.

Very comfortable

Very comfortable, good location, nice yard, convenient parking either driveway or garage. Large, open floor plan - well stocked kitchen. There are also a lot of supplies for young kids - like high chair, pack n play, etc. Oana was a great communicator too! Will definitely check availability the next time we go to Chula Vista.

Arrival of new family memeber!

This house was located in a perfect spot so I could assist my daughter and her family with the care of my grandson while waiting for grandbaby #2. Close to downtown Chula Vista it all the things that were needed. Beds extremely comfy. Neighborhood quiet with nice backyard space. Freeways close by for access to downtown San Diego or any attraction in San Diego.

Oana, our host, did everything she could to make our stay as perfect as possible. The home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, yet you're only minutes away from several chain stores such as Albertson's, Sprouts, and CVS. Do not fail to visit Carnival Market on 3rd and L. They have wonderful ethnic foods at reasonable prices. As far as the house goes, Oana has done a great job anticipating the needs of her guests. The kitchen is well-appointed, with a wide array of cookware and appliances. The beds were super comfortable. Everything was very clean. Our whole experience was very positive.

Very comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. House is comfortable and well stocked with basic needs. Communication was excellent! Overall cleanliness was good, but if I could make a suggestion, the couch should be vacuumed after each stay being the type of material it is and floors should be mopped with better quality equipment and product. To the eye walking in floors looked cleaned, but after walking around barefooted, our feet were pretty dirty. That being said, I am very particular with cleanliness. I would not hesitate to book this home again.

Overall, nice space with just a few quirks

Difficult to get in building, no lights. Floors were very dirty, looked good, but weren’t clean. Need lamp lighting in living room. Patio nice. Shower heads were not good. Beds and bedding were good. Might think about coming back! Owners were easy to contact and responded quickly to our questions.
