Step in and be amazed at this welcoming, cozy and elegant space. This newly constructed home blends modern farmhouse style with a tint of vintage charm. Quality built, designer furniture and decor, with the emerald green adding accents to this beautiful tree lined neighborhood of Queen Anne. Dual living rooms, spacious dining area, premium kitchen and full suite of children amenities - the perfect gathering place for your next family trip!
This is a two story single family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is about 2180 sqft. Two sets of stairs lead to the front entrance.
**Floor Plan**
• Main Floor: Living room w/smart TV, dining room, kitchen, Queen bedroom (with desk), Full bedroom (with an additional twin size pull out trundle), shared bath with tub & shower and heated floors. Deck next to kitchen with spacious outdoor seating & additional bistro set in the backyard. Central A/C and Heating.
• Basement: Second living room with Queen pull out sofa & smart TV, King bedroom (with desk), wet bar, bathroom with shower and heated floor, laundry, access to garage. Mini splits for additional heat & cooling.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 9 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
