About this space
#3 Cabin Frances is our family style bunkhouse. It has a queen sleeping loft and two bunkbeds giving it that summer camp feel. A relaxed space for kids of all ages to sit up talking and playing cards. The space boasts a half bath, and sitting room to overlook the river out back. This cabin has fans and space heaters to keep you comfortable. Francis can accommodate up to six guests with its bunk beds and loft. Want to bring a bed roll or cot and add a guest you are welcome to do so.

Guest access
Please feel free to drive up to cabin #3 closest to the RV sites and lake. We are often around the property, but it isn't necessary to find someone to check in. They keys are on the table, and parking is to the left of the property.
Other things to note
Please bring linens and towels. There is a beautiful bath house just a short walk across the grass.

Webster County West Virginia is one of the most beautiful places in America. We have clean rivers, amazing outdoor activities, and the kindest people. Our property is in a small town with a convenience store and home town diner within walking distance. This is a primary destination for outdoor enthusiast that like to hike, fish, climb, raft, kayak, hunt, or just adventure in the woods. We are only 15 minutes away from beautiful Webster Springs that boasts plenty of shopping and tourist attractions.

Our welcoming environment is a safe haven to allow people to enjoy nature without sacrificing modern amenities. From blazing fast internet, to catching huge fish in the pond, we have something for everyone. We are kid and pet friendly, and often host events throughout the summer. Our resident goats, ducks, and chickens are sure to bring a smile to your face and they will gladly eat your corn chips. A large lake nestled between two rivers is sure to provide the vacation you are looking for.
