This raised beach home is basically your dream vacation spot. The kitchen? Total chef's paradise – it's packed with everything you could possibly need and opens right up to the dining and living areas, making it super social and spacious.

Bedrooms are seriously comfortable, with the master being a total standout. You've got a massive walk-in closet and an awesome ensuite bathroom with a shower that even has a built-in seat (hello, relaxation!).

The bunk room is seriously cool – it can sleep a crowd with two queen beds and a twin trundle. Perfect for family or friends!

Bonus features? An amazing all-season screened sun room that flows right from the living area, plus extra seating out front. Parking is underneath the house, which means you've got tons of extra space for hanging out, grilling, and chilling.

And get this – there's an outdoor hot and cold shower for rinsing off after beach adventures. Speaking of beaches, you're just a quick walk from private beach access, and the neighborhood comes with a community pool and tennis courts.

This isn't just a rental – it's your perfect beach home away from home. Who's ready for an epic vacation?

The community pool is not heated and is open yearly from April 1 to October 1 depending on the weather.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS TOWELS (8) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Long weekend on IOP

The house location was perfect for our needs. The beds were extremely comfortable. The check in process was easy and the property managers sent us all the information. The notebook in the house contained instructions from how to use the TV to great local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again

great house and location

We had a lovely stay at the house. This was our first trip to the area. The neighborhood offers privacy and it is very convenient to a beach access and the community pool and tennis court were also nearby. The house was very nice. We used the credit for bikes which were ideal to get to the pool and court, grocery store and explore the area. We separately arranged for chair and umbrella rentals with setup on the beach, which was so great. Not hauling the equipment or setting up the umbrellas was so liberating. It would have been helpful to have a little more clarity (a map/drawing) on where to go to access the beach, the courts and the main street (there is an access near the tennis court) from the community. We would definitely recommend this house and stay there again if we return to the area.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
