Welcome to the Poconos! Just listed, this 3 bedroom (7 beds) ski in/ski out townhouse is ready for your next retreat. Conveniently located 50 steps from Camelback Mountain, our home allows you the luxury of easy access to the slopes. This property offers stunning views of the mountains from the private balcony off the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to accommodate up to 10 guests. Enjoy full access to the pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis/pickleball courts, and more.
While I am a professional short term rental manager for a living, this home holds a special place in my heart as it has been owned by my family since it was built in 1978. Weâve just finished making tremendous improvements including new AC, flooring, and furniture to ensure that your stay is comfortable and cozy.
As you enter the front door, you are greeted by a warm and welcoming kitchen to the right, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and snacks to keep you energized for hitting the slopes. The large dining room table accommodates 7 people and offers a great place to share a meal and recap the dayâs activities. As you enter the spacious living room, youâll notice a custom-built boot drying station. After a long day of skiing, come in, take your boots off and simply place them on the rack to ensure they are warm and dry for your next dayâs adventure. Then, grab a blanket and cuddle up in front of the cozy, wood-burning fireplace. This space also features a pull-out sofa, loveseat, beautiful cowhide rug and 65â TV with all of your favorite streaming platforms.
There are three bedrooms total. As you journey up the stairs to the loft, there is a comfortable queen mattress and a full bath attached. The additional two bedrooms are located downstairs. The second bedroom offers a king purple mattress and a large closet. While the third bedroom features 4 additional beds and can accommodate up to five guests. Thereâs also a full bathroom, equipped with a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. No more fishing around for an outlet. All bedrooms have charging stations on the nightstands for your convenience.
We provide everything so all you have to do is show up and drop your bags. This includes fresh bedding, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner body wash, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea bags, spices and more. We hope youâll come stay with us!
