The Space:
Discover luxury and comfort in our spacious 2000 sq ft Kings Crown Condo, perfectly situated at the Park City Mountain base. This exquisite brand new construction property boasts two bedrooms, each with a king bed, and three full baths, including a spacious master bath complete with a soaking tub for ultimate relaxation.
The heart of the condo features top-of-the-line Thermador appliances in a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing gourmet meals or quick snacks before hitting the slopes. The living room, enhanced by two pullout sleeper sofas (one queen and one full), offers ample space for family and friends to gather around the fireplace or giant 85" TV.
Step outside onto the large private deck, where a hot tub awaits, offering breathtaking mountain views and a serene spot to unwind. Access to the mountain is a breeze with the Kings Crown Ski Tower nearby, making ski adventures effortlessly accessible.
An additional seating area with Samsung Frame TV and wet bar adds even more space for guests - use it as a game room, movie area for the kids, to get some work done, or more!
In addition to the luxurious in-condo amenities, the property includes access to shared facilities such as a pool and gym. For your convenience, a dedicated garage parking spot is also included, as well as additional first come first serve garage guest parking.
