Step into the open concept living room and dining area. You're greeted with a comfy couch, large flat screen smart TV and Foosball table.

First floor also includes full kitchen, washer and dryer, newly updated full bathroom with standing shower. To the side of the kitchen, an office with futon. The couch in the living room is also a pull-out bed.
Upstairs, two cozy bedrooms w/ Full size beds, spacious full bathroom with bathtub.
On the top floor, the master bedroom with King size bed, Smart TV and small private patio with a view of the neighborhood.

We use electronic door locks and you will be issued a door code prior to your stay.

There are outdoor security cameras.

House is in quiet private way, off the main road, but next to a lumber yard and mechanic shop.

The occasional rumble of the nearby train tracks can be heard but quickly dissipates.

Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance.
