Great place

Great place to stay.. very clean! My only issues were they need more garbage cans in the house and we couldn't get the hot tub to work.. but other then that great house!

Quick and easy access to i10 in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. House was clean and easily set up.

Beautiful Property

This was a great place for my dad to stay while in Tucson and to have family come visit him where he was staying. Everyone that visited was impressed with the rental that I was able to get for him. Thanks!

Rental in NE Tucson

House was well furnished
.very comfortable beds and living room seating. Nice outdoor pool.One improvement would be better equipped for cooking and dining. Dishes were sparse.

Accurate listing and very clean

There were no surprises with our stay. The home was as advertised and very clean. We travel with food allergies, so we need a kitchen to eat. At some rentals, we feel like we have to clean the kitchen before we use it to prevent the risk of allergic reactions, but the kitchen here was very clean.

Spring Break getaway

Overall the property was fine. The individual room light switches don't work and you have to find the remote to turn on the lights in each room which is kinda odd except the kitchen and bathrooms switches worked. House was clean. Both pool and hot tub are unheated so unusable at this time of year unfortunately. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Easy access to all the area has to offer. About 20 minutes from the airport.

Mom's Life Celebration

The property was clean and well kept. Stocked with plenty of cookware and the owner was very nice. Stopped by to handle a couple of minor requests. We were not expecting the cold nights in the 30s. It would have been nice to have blankets but, I know he'd have brought some over if we'd asked. Overall experience was very good. The outdoor spa did not have heat and it would have been wonderful to have functioning.

Marcus was very quick to respond to my questions

It was a good local for a wedding I was attending. I can see that this could be a great VRBO with a little work! Should have all items in the rental that are stated on the websites. If you do have questions or issues, Marcus is pretty quick to respond.

Rented house and pool

The house was nice and clean. The back yard was not pretty and could use some work.The pool and spa were a big disappointment. So cold that we could not go in and the jets in the spa did not work. Communication with the host was good but it would have been nice to have don’t one meet us there to explain his things worked. Overall a good rental.

A Quiet, Private House in the Tucson Area

This is a nice rental in Tucson, close to a lot of activities, yet in a quiet neighborhood without a lot of road noise. The house is clean, decently kept, and as advertised. Marcus, the property manager is excellent - responsive and quick to solve any problem, as we had with the oven not working when we arrived. He had it fixed the next day. The only downside is that the kitchen could stand to have more plates, bowls, etc, but it's a minor issue and if you don't plan to cook, you'll be fine.

Many other fun activities, rock climbing, indoor skate and bicycle park, indoor trampoline park, Marana skydiving and hot air balloon rides are just to name a few great fun facts to enjoy year round.
