This is the upper floor of a two story historic building with a private BALCONY. The unit has its own separate entrance and is well appointed with high end décor and art. There is a separate downstairs unit (not shared, but can be booked and combined upon request if available).
* OFF STREET PARKING in the heart of downtown with close views of high rises.
* Sleeps 6! There are two bedrooms (king bed) (queen bed and sofa bed) and one full bathroom with a large walk-in shower (no tub) and double sinks.
* There is a kitchenette with a table & chairs, refrigerator and microwave. Also a K-cup coffee maker with K-cups. One bedroom has a sofa and smart TV. Free high speed wi-fi. You can rest comfortably knowing the property has perimeter video surveillance for the parking, driveway, and exterior doors.
* 1/2 block from St Louis Street including restaurants and Greer's Boutique Grocery store with rooftop bar
* One block from NOVA Espresso coffee
* Two blocks from Bienville Square and the buzzing Dauphin Street entertainment district with excellent restaurants from casual to fine dining, shops, bars, and the Saenger Theater.
* Three blocks from The Haunted Book Shop

Great for our one-night stay, before our cruise. It was our first visit Mobile, AL and the city is rich with history. Enjoyed the cityscape views, Greers was a great place to visit and get dinner for the evening and last-minute cruise essentials. We requested early check in and got to meet the owners/host in person as they were in unit when we arrived. Friendly hosts indeed.

Ideal location for a family with easy walking distance to Dauphin St and all the downtown attractions (but also afforded quiet in the evenings). Great ambience with tall ceilings, exposed brick, and fun art. Nice balcony backyard/cityscape view. Well stocked. Fresh clean linens with lots of extras in the cabinets. Great hospitality and quick responses from the host, Rob. Would be very cozy for 6 adults but perfect for our family with 3 children.

Beautiful, Cozy, and Unique!

From the moment we parked we knew this rental was going to be unique. The balcony in the morning is gorgeous! The spaces are decorated beautifully, tastefully, and it all makes you feel welcome and at home. The kitchen was my favorite, with the old time sink and cabinet. The is not a stove or oven but we had packed a hot plate and cooked on the balcony which further enriched our stay. Beds are very comfortable, there were plenty of towels, dishes, and pillows. We can’t say enough positive things about our stay! Our host, Mr. Rob, was attentive and had amazing communication. 10/10 recommend! We are a family of 5 and we fit perfectly in this home and had room to move about without tripping over each other. Oh, and the shower is amazing!! The water pressure can’t be beat.

This vrbo was lovely. The pictures don’t do it justice—12ft ceilings, beautiful decor, great art, and overall more spacious than i thought it’d be. This space exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely stay again.

Partner's Birthday Getaway

*Plenty of towels *Water pressure is AAAAAMAZING *Lots of nice touches- k cups for the coffee maker, toiletries on hand, plenty of pillows, *Beds are comfy *Rob is super easy to work with and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We took a long weekend for my boyfriend's 35th birthday and could not have picked a better spot. It is 2 blocks (5 minute walk) from Dauphin Street with multiple eating spots, bars and cute shops, and a 6 minute drive from Battleship Memorial Park.

Country Cozy in the midst of the city

The balcony surrounded by trees is wonderful to relax upon. The inside furnishings are quaint and comfortable. The location is so convenient to walk from to many, many downtown restaurants and bars in addition to its being within walking distance to the Saenger Theatre at which we attended the Christopher Cross concert last week. My husband and I are 71 and 73, and we walked perfectly safely during the day on clean streets, as well as on well-lighted well-behaved streets at night to businesses to watch Paris 2024 Olympics, as well as attend a Mobile Friday night Arts' Walk and see private vendor booths. However, most importantly perhaps are the very quick and concise "Message the Host" replies that I received during the week before our stay in the unit last week. In prior VRBO rentals this was not the case. This rental gets my professional grade of A+.

I was in Mobile at a conference and this property was great. Very quaint and quiet. Rob was great to communicate all relevant information and answer any questions/concerns I had. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter & I stayed here for the Rock the Country event. We loved everything about the place, especially the attention to detail. It was spotless and the bed was so comfortable (that's important). Rob was so easy to communicate with.

Beautiful downtown apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful top floor apartment. The location is walking distance to restaurants and shops in the downtown area. It was clean and furnished with lots of charm. We especially loved the porch for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. We would definitely stay here again.

Authentic Mobile downtown charm

The host made our stay experience very easy and simple. The place is an antique and you feel as though you have been transported back into time. There are the modern conveniences like a tv and microwave but the old brick walls, furniture and artwork tells the story of mobile past. The location is perfect for walking about the downtown area and there tons of great restaurants. Grab a drink on the 34th floor of the trust tower for an amazing view of the river. Perfect downtown mobile spot! We were a quick scooter ride or walk to everything and it was such a cute little place.
