Great view, enjoyed the deck, house was very clean. Close to town. We road motorcycles for 3 days so location was great. Everything we needed was there.

Love the remoteness and proximity to the Animus River and downtown. For Travelers who have a lot of luggage or are disabled there is a long flight of narrow stairs. Also, please note that there is a dryer but no washing machine, crazy as that is! But the place is lovely and cozy and clean

Beautiful Spot!

We had a great stay at this property. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is great (shower pressure was amazing after skiing!), well stocked for cooking, and beautiful spot by the river.

Fantastic spot and great host

We loved the place. It was cozy, great location, and wow the shower was so amazing. After some hard skiing, we really appreciated a good hot steamy shower with great water pressure.

Very nice, clean, and fully furnished upstairs of a house. House backs up to the river and Kendall Mountain. Backyard is fenced for pets. Owner was very responsive to questions about gas heater which was off when we arrived on a Sunday evening. We would definitely recommend this property and plan on returning.

A beautiful house in a peaceful location with the Animas River and the mountains right out the back! A cozy ambience with lots of windows for natural lighting. The skylights in the bathroom with the views of the mountains are amazing! The kitchen is well-stocked and the bed was comfy.

Great stay. Close to the river and town. Loved the deck. The BBQ grill was a wonderful surprise. Just a FYI, there are 16 stairs to the unit, which is located on the 2nd floor. Not a problem for us. Wonderful stay, wonderful hosts!

A GEM- perfect for family of four!

Wonderful apartment- perfect for our family of four. Awesome bathroom! Comfy beds! Perfect location with a great little deck for hanging out. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Wonderland

We had the best Thanksgiving in the quiet & beautiful town! We ended up getting about 9 inches of snow and Dan was so quick to respond and flexible to us stay an extra night for better road conditions.
