This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1000 sqft, ground floor home is perfect for your Downtown Silverton base. Within 2 - 3 blocks from all restaurants and shops, you'll be hard pressed to find a more convenient location. Starlink internet.

Enjoy the private patio for dining outside. It's a great spot to spread gear out when getting ready for a day adventuring in the mountains.

The Guesthouse is accessible from Blair/Empire Street. Parking is available on the street.

Comfortable Stay

Really enjoyed our stay in this guest house. It was spotless, had everything we needed to be comfortable, is in a perfect location to be able to walk to restaurants and shops, and a short drive to fantastic hikes. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Silverton.

This property was perfect for our winter retreat! Comfortable and clean we especially enjoyed the great water pressure and ceiling heat on the cold weekend we were guests.

Perfect little two bedroom

This unit was perfect for our stay, two adults. Super clean and kitchen well equipped. Hosts were great. Highly recommend.

Nice spot

Wifi could have worked better but there was plenty of cell service to make up for it believe it or not at those altitudes, the place was clean, lay out was a little different but workable for sure, location was excellent for EPIC views and location to local shopping.. Enjoyed our stay and would def return again..

Great place in a Great location!

Very nice, clean as a pin, all the amenities and Quiet! The action is ONE block away from you and the scenery is second to none. We got lucky and the Aspens were all turning and WOW what a beautiful show! I have a feeling this isn't our last booking!

Great stay in a great location

Nice clean home! Had all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. The home has a sky light window that heats up the living room area. Would have been nice to have some kind of shades to close it. The property managers were responsive to my text about a broken table. And had it repaired quickly. Great location and comfortable place to spend several days.

Great location. No A/C

Great location. Comfortable beds. Well stocked. The only complaint we had was that it was very hot. No A/C, only box fans. The windows were not functioning properly and did not open fully. I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the summer. To pay top dollar and not sleep comfortably was a huge disappointment for us. Most of the town was shut down, so not much to do in the evening. We were there to ride the trails and luckily had friends staying at a nearby RV campsite to store our trailer and side by side since they are no longer allowed in the town.

Get away trip

This was a lovely spot and the place was very cozy. Our biggest complaint was that only one of the windows opened and we didn't know about this issue until the day we were arriving when the manager texted to let us know. It didn't seem like any big issue when she told me but it sounded like it was just one window that was not working. Turned out only one window opened! The facilities were nice otherwise. The toilet got stuck running as well multiple times so that needs attention. My husband got tired of adjusting it during our stay. Once the windows are repaired, we would love to come back again sometime!

Awesome place to stay in Silverton

The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and the bedrooms were comfortable. Having a washer/dryer was key for our big family road trip. The place isn't super fancy but when the surroundings are as breathtaking as Silverton what do you really need? It's one block from fantastic breweries, coffee shops, and the main street. Step out the front door and you see mountains to your left and mountains straight ahead. Take a few more steps and you see mountains in the other two directions. I'd return in a heartbeat.

Fantastic stay!

This house was perfect for me and my family! Was within walking distance to every shop in town but not on the main drag. Lots of gorgeous views of the mountains and my wife and I were able to watch fireworks from the front yard. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Great Stay

This was a perfect little townhouse for my husband, myself and two kids. A 2 minute walk to Silverton Main Street! Really enjoyed our stay and Karen was amazing! Will come back!
