The Southern Charm apartment is perfect for the whole family! The newly renovated apartment features 2BR/1BA, new LG washer and dryer, on site parking and so much more! Southern side of Columbus but quiet and spacious! Can't beat our price! 800 sq ft apartment.

After many guest continue to ask for cheaper but nice places to stay we decided to open this location!

The place to enjoy and not for a ton!!
10 minutes away from Fort Moore(Benning) and minutes away from shopping locations.

The neighborhood was very ran down and not suitable/safe to be in. The property was in an old housing project looking building. Dirty kitchen. Stain on couch. I did not stay 10 minutes in this place! Left because I was very uncomfortable. Went to s.motel instead.

When we arrived I tried to get our money back, the floors were really sticky and extremely dirty, I bought a mop and a bucket I mopped the floors 3 times in each room. And the mop water was still not clean. I realize this was due to using the Swiffer mop. I would suggest getting that living room rug cleaned it also was really dirty. I am a neat freak and I always buy a mop and bucket to clean and sanitize, where ever we stay. Other than that the beds were comfortable and the beds were really clean.

This place was a great stay, clean, the owner is great and it was close to Fort Benning for my daughters green ceremony. I would 100% stay here again if I come back to the area.

It was very close to Fort Benning, which is why we were there. I would definitely stay in this VRBO if I had other things to do in relationships to Fort Benning.

Cute and cozy.

Stayed here for turning green ceramony. The apartment was cute and cozy. Beds were comfy and decent pillows! The place was clean and easy to navigate. Small touches - they provided dish soap and a few laundry pods. Couch was comfy for late night tv watching and we had a great stay. Felt like the area seemed a little sketchy but didn’t have any problems at all. Neighbors all seemed nice and waved.

Great place!

This is a great little apartment. We enjoyed our stay. The host got back to us quickly. The neighborhood is a little questionable, but the neighbors are kind. There is an issue with the shower. It is either scalding hot, or ice cold. There is no in-between. We let the host know so I hope this gets fixed. Overall, I think this is a great place and I would recommend others to stay as long as the shower gets fixed.

I rented this apartment with my daughter in law for my son's basic training graduation. Neighbors were friendly. Apartment was clean and as described. Good location.

Clean!

I just dont know areas at all. It seemed it was possible that the neighborhood wasnt great. We did not have any issues but some of the nearby stores made me question the area. It is something that is important to me as a woman just staying with her son. But it did turn out fine! No issues! Place was clean!

Poor planning

Wasn’t able to stay at the place that I booked a week in advanced. Host was not prepared for our visit because he claimed that we wasn’t keeping track of the day that I had booked for the place and didn’t have the placed cleaned and prepared for us. The host had to cancel my reservation for his poor preparation and had to book a hotel out of my pocket money just to have a place to stay for a night.

Hidden Gem

This apartment on the inside is beautiful. You wouldn’t think that you would be walking into something so nice. The design decor and amenities all are A1. Definitely on the top of my list for stays when I come to Columbus, Ga.

Amazing Stay!

Maestro made our stay at Southern Charm an unforgettable experience. His hospitality made us feel like part of the family. We loved how he took the time to share his local knowledge with us — it truly enhanced our trip. The apartment was very clean and decorated beautifully. We will definitely stay again!

It was very affordable and it allowed us owners to be able to provide guest a cheaper but nicer option. Even with it being on southern side of town.
