If you are thinking about booking this house, DO IT!! This way by far the nicest house and most relaxing vacation we have ever had. The house has so many amenities and the pool room is stocked with everything. Oh and let’s not forget the horses….beauty at its finest.

Woods family vacation

Reviewer Comments: I'm torned on writing this review because sharing our experience could possibly limit the availability of the house for our next vacation. The house is spectacular! The owner spares no expense with indoor and outdoor furniture. The pool is hugh with plenty of inflatables. The game room is large. The views from the house are incredible. The dinner room table was table was large enough to seat our family of twelve. Plenty of board games are available. The Tiki bar was popular every evening. We got to see dolphins playing in the ocean at our beach, and wild houses visited the house. A vacation our family will never forget.

Just Relax

The location is exactly what we wanted, right on the beach, it was beautiful. It is up north from Corolla so take what you need if you don’t want to drive back but we enjoy driving on the beach so really not a concern of ours. We were very happy with the house condition, very clean, great condition, and had great amenities. The property management (Laura) was excellent, she was very responsive and helpful in all aspects. You can’t go wrong staying here, enjoy the beach and if it gets to hot just walk a short distance back to house use the outdoor shower, jump in the pool and don’t forget to crab your favorite refreshment from the Tiki bar! I would stay here again “NO QUESTION”!

If you're looking for peace and quiet with all the amenities you need, this is the perfect place. The décor is beautiful, and the beach scenery is absolutely breathtaking. Our favorite part of each day was watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee while sitting on the back deck. It's the perfect place to relax, unwind, and make lasting family memories. The layout of the house is perfect for our family which includes 5 children under the age of 5.

Beautiful

The horses sure are interesting to watch. I never tire of seeing them in their natural state, with no human intervention. The foals are so sweet this year! :-)

It’s very well maintained and feels like a home and not a rental. The beds are very comfortable and the views are amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was the camera out back which made us feel uncomfortable.

Sands of Time really is a keeper. Sorry you felt weird about the camera. It is not hooked up and I guess we should put a bag over it during the summer. It is only used during the winter when the ocean is such a spectacle and the owners want to see!! It's easier than a 7 hour drive!! lol. Wish you would have let me know so I could have told you that while you were here!

Beautiful Home

The house is wonderful, it’s exactly like the pictures and actually even better. We had the unfortunate luck of being there during a storm that lasted our entire stay, but the house kept us entertained and the location made it more interesting as we watched the sea from the house.

An absolute pleasure

The owners have thought of so many "extras" that are above and beyond anything most people would expect from a rental. While it is definitely secluded from town, we were there to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday as a family. We used everything the house had to offer for fun and relaxation and had the best week on the beach. There was even an entire area full of toys for my niece and nephews!

In the Ocean, in the pool, in the hot tub good times all around.

Well stocked with almost everything you can think of. 4 wheel drive required to get to house but well worth it. We saw wild horses most days. Check the tide charts and plan accordingly and you’ll have a great time.

A Wonderful Stay

Loved it!

We loved our stay at Sands of Time! We had a group of 13 - 3 families ranging from 12 - 50 years old. There was something for everyone to do and keep busy. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen had so many helpful items, since we cooked every meal while there. The walk to the beach was wonderful too - very close. Communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. We loved everything about it and plan to come back again. ❤️
