The apartment was prefect for me as a solo traveler. Close to town, right on the airstrip (wheels or floats), and had all the basics. Very comfortable bed, Was nice and warm (floor heating) even though it was a “warm” 20’F outside. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. Recommend the Pagoda restaurant in North Pole - excellent food. All in all, a great weekend experience.

It's a beautiful area with easy access to Richardson Hwy - 15 minutes to Fairbanks, 5 minutes Eielson AFB. Local restaurants and Santa Shop is 3 minutes away. Two options at this location to accommodate small (2 person) or medium (4 person) parties, fitting for any budget.

This was a fantastic Vrbo experience, largely due to the host’s timely and clear communication. From booking through check-out, responses were fast and helpful, making everything easy and worry-free. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We truly appreciated how smooth the entire stay was and would absolutely book again.

Great location

This is a cute little apartment in a great location if you are doing business in North Pole. The place was very clean, the bedding was quality and Jess communicated with me regularly.

Our stay at the Biplane Hangar was perfect! The Bighorn room was exactly as advertised, and the location was excellent! Jess was very responsive to any questions we had about planning our trip. She offered incredible insight into local activities and places to eat! She and her husband went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay!

Located on a small lake the property is quiet and comfortable. While there is not a full kitchen there is a small fridge, toaster, keurig and microwave. Bed is very comfortable and there is a ceiling fan above. Unit is the size of a small hotel room and has a desk and some seating so you can relax without using the bed.

More than 5 stars if I could!

Best hosts out there! I stayed in the Big Horn room for 2 weeks and then moved to the other side of the hanger after my husband arrived for another 2 weeks. The Big Horn room was perfect for a nice place to rest and work. Very comfortable bed and great bedding (I’m picky about beds and this one was great!) Everything was very clean and like new. All of the extras included with this property just puts it over the top. Go for a swim, go fishing or take out the canoe or paddle boards. They have thought of everything!

Had a great stay. Property is super nice in a quiet spot on the water. Super convenient to North Pole, Fairbanks, and Eilsen. Host communicates well, and while we didn’t need anything during our stay, I got the impression help was just a message away.
