Mimiâs Cottage is an adorable bungalow that is perfect for families, with the perfect Old Seagrove location - just outside Seaside and directly across 30A from the beach! Built in 1953 and still owned by the original family, Mimiâs Cottage holds decades of love and warm memories of multi-generational family beach vacations. Never offered for rentals until now, Mimiâs Cottage has been completely updated, yet continues to retain that nostalgic, old FL beach cottage feel that is becoming more and more rare along 30A these days. With 1,906 square feet, Mimiâs Cottage sleeps up to 12 and offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and parking for 4 cars. On-street parking is not allowed, so please plan accordingly.
