This is right on the water. With a 30 day minimum rental. Kitchen has custom cherry driftwood color cabinets with granite tops and an Island to sit. A separate eating area. Custom appliances. All new! Full size washer and dryer. The bath has a floating vanity, tile bath-shower. A great Patio to watch the sunsets. The living room is furnished with a wonderful sectional. A large flat screen TV. Parking right in front of the condo. This unit is a gem!
The space
This is a jewel right on the beach overlooking the pool area and gorgeous sunsets. Spend your evening watching everything from your open air patio. A few steps from the heated pool. Custom kitchen and bath. Bath is separate from the vanity area to make two spaces to prepare for the day. Beautiful park for biking and kayaking and your own private key to the park.
Guest access
Two pools, hot tub nearby gated park bike riding trails tennis courts beach front private for guests only. Barbecue area right on the beach for guests to use. Kayaking.

Close to everything 20 minutes away from the Stadium in Saint Pete the city of Saint Pete 20 minutes away over just over the bridge to the beach area Saint Pete Beach peninsula. Close to everything museums etc.
