Nous avons un quai, un radeau de natation, 2 kayaks à votre disposition ainsi que deux vélos. L'appartement propose un hébergement séparé de la maison des propriétaires avec un lit king size confortable, un salon, une mini kitchenette avec un grand réfrigérateur disponible, votre propre terrasse avec vue sur l'eau, un barbecue, un quai et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances paisibles dans le Maine. Nous offrons deux vélos de croisière et kayaks de l l pour votre usage sans frais. (L'utilisation des vélos et des kayaks est à vos risques et périls. Les propriétaires ne sont pas responsables des blessures causées par l'utilisation des quais et des radeaux de nage.) Situé entre la péninsule schoodic et ellsworth. Port Bar et Acadia National Park sont à environ 30-40 minutes de route. Votre chien est le bienvenu s'il est brisé. This apartment is located over the home's garage and is connected to the home by a breezeway. This rental is most comfortable for a couple.

Misty is an awesome host. Property is beautiful, away from the crowds but easy to get to all the sites around Bar Harbor. Wonderful view of Cadillac Mt from the yard. Overall a very comfortable stay.

We are repeat guests and love the property and area. Misty is great communicator and will ensure you are informed and offer suggestions for things like activities and where to eat. The size of the guest house is perfect for us and we had all the essential amenities like coffee pot, smart TV and cook/dinnerware. Love having a nice campfire by the bay and watching sunsets, the isolation is ideal.

Cannot do this justice. Missy was amazing, Annie, her dog and our Charlie were great together. The views were so much better than anticipated. We were so happy and relaxed on Flanders Bay.

We could not have asked for a better host, location or apartment. It was a perfect tranquil area, away from all the hubbub, yet beautiful views of the ocean and Acadia. Local restaurants were great, and the host gave us a great list of places to see. I am so glad we stayed at this clean comfortable apartment that was near so many beautiful sites. Hope to return!

Misty's place was a haven for my wife and I for few days. The back yard is amazing with multiple hammocks, tons of outdoor chairs, and steps to the water. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The stay quiet, no bothersome noise at all. There were 3 friendly dogs that saw occasionally when we were outside (we did not hear them from our room). Great place to see the stars and meteor showers. Recommend going to Ellsworth for restaurants.

Great location. Convenient to Mt. Desert Island/Acadia and the Schoodic Peninsula. We took a day trip to Campobello Island in Canada, since it was so close. The host, Misty, is terrific. Truly pet-friendly (as opposed to pet-tolerant) and she strives to ensure that your stay meets all your expectations. Great communication Also fun to see the harbor seal, eagle, and baffle heads while sitting in the back yard.

We loved our stay at Misty's place! It was peaceful, quiet, clean, and private. We loved to walk down to the shore and sit on the rocks to look out at the ocean. Beautiful scenery! I would highly recommend staying at Misty's if you are visiting Acadia National Park!

Wonderful location on Flanders bay

My wife and I had a great time. It is a beautiful and peaceful location overlooking the bay. We spent a lot of time at Acadia, which is clos.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Maine. Location is beautiful and Misty, our host was exceptional. The apartment has a fun decor and is well equipped with all of the basic necessities—as well as some thoughtful welcoming amenities. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to this area.

The Perfect Getaway

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The view out the back door was beautiful and so peaceful. I would definitely recommend this stay. Host was wonderful, helpful and always available if needed. We will consider visiting again in the future.

this home has become my personal "heaven on earth". I hope to share my special spot with others enjoying privacy for each of us but also opportunity to build new friendships. This is a quiet location just off scenic Rt.1 providing gorgeous drives in both directions.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I am on 4 private acres. Lobster boats are the only activity you'll see in addition to an occasional kayak or two. Bald eagles are viewed daily. The yard gives you a peaceful repose by the water. Activity is available in every direction. Schoodic Peninsula, charming Winter Harbor, golf, tennis, galleries, antiques, and views everywhere. Mt Desert Island is 30-40 min. . My home sleeping 6 is an additional option to rent for family events.

Sullivan is the entry to the Scenic Byway which is Rt. 1 in Hancock County in what's considered Downeast Maine. The Scenic Byway leads you along the coastal towns heading north and east. I'm also located 30 minutes from Mt Desert Island with all the beauty of Acadia, boundless hikes and carraige trails and tons of entertainment!
