Cozy Gatherings: The open floor plan invites connection. Imagine evenings spent in the living room, gathered around the large stone gas fireplace. Laughter echoes off the wooden beams as stories unfold.
Modern Comforts: The kitchen, sleek and functional, awaits your culinary adventures. Two bedrooms provide peaceful slumber, while two bathrooms ensure convenience for all. And donât miss the family room with its clever wall bedâperfect for accommodating up to six guests.
Mountain Vistas: Every room boasts expansive windows framing views of the majestic Rockies. Step out onto one of the two decks, where you can soak in the sun, breathe in the pine-scented air, and watch the seasons change.

This home is not child proof. There are no gates or protected covers on tables and outlets.
No more then 6 people allowed in the home at any time, no events. No more then 2 cars at the home at any time. No outdoor fires.
The back yard is fully fenced, 1 dog under 40 pounds is allowed with a $300 fee. Owner of the dog is fully responsible for any illness or injury, dog should always be supervised in the home and yard.
Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 22 through October 19, 2026. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.
Electric Vehicles: EV's
We do not allow charging of any EV's at this property with out discussion and written permission by the Property Managers. Any violation of this policy will result in loss of security deposit.
