Adventure lovers, rejoice! Hidden Haven, a cozy retreat just minutes from Wisp Ski Resort, Deep Creek Lake State Park, and Deep Creek Lake, is the perfect home base for your outdoor adventures. The large backyard invites effortless relaxation with a spacious deck, grill, alfresco dining area, firepit, hot tub, and yard games. Out front, the covered porch offers a peaceful spot to watch local wildlife.

Inside, the open layout creates a welcoming and homey atmosphere. The living room offers a cozy space to unwind by the gas fireplace, while the fully-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy meals at the in-kitchen dining table or take them outside for a scenic dining experience. A private washer/dryer is also conveniently tucked away in the closet.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort, featuring personal TVs, ceiling fans, and soft linens to ensure a restful stay. With central air-conditioning and a collection of board games, Hidden Haven has all the comforts and amenities for a memorable stay.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must provide their own firewood.
State park passes are provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean house that was just perfect for our family of five. Hot tub just a few steps outside and perfect temperature on a cold night. No glitches at all in our stay. We highly recommend.

The property is well located, quiet, and cozy. Overall, it offers a comfortable stay, though some of the amenities are a bit dated.A 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended in the winter, as noted in the listing, and it was necessary to access the property. While the driveway had been plowed, no additional snow removal had been completed upon our arrival, and there was no snow shovel available for guest use.Unfortunately, the level of service provided by the management company (VACASA) did not meet expectations, particularly given the winter conditions. While communication was responsive, the lack of follow-through on maintenance and snow-related concerns detracted from the overall experience.

The gas fireplace did not work. Called Vacasa as soon as we arrived and was told they would notify someone to fix it. No one ever came to look at it. This was extremely disappointing! AlsoA few light bulbs were blown and no extras were there for us to replace and 2 of the TVs had no batteries. This was not a big deal but the fireplace was a big problem since one of the reasons we rented this particular place was because it had a gas fireplace.

Great cabin

My family and I had a great time staying here! There was some things not completely cleaned but no biggie here. Some utensils and needed necessities were missing but all was okay! Saw a bunch of deer & hot tub was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Decent stay- lots of deer cute

Stayed for a week and half. Had an issue in the beginning but it was taken care of pretty quickly. Hot tub is getting old it seems. Hot but has fans you can use to help. If use right will make the place cool. Had lots of deer in the area with chipmunks as well. Very nice outside.

Great place for family and relaxation!

The home and nice and cozy with lots of privacy. The hot tub was a big hit! The fireplace did not work which was something we were looking forward to this weekend so we were a little disappointed but it didn’t ruin the whole weekend.

Great cabin in the woods

We really liked the location. Felt like we were in the middle of the woods (even watched deer running through the trees). There are neighbors nearby but we couldn’t even see them. Town is a short drive away which is nice. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The fire pit is great and the hot tub was very clean and worked great. Very relaxing. Linens were plentiful and good quality compared to a lot of rental cabins/home we’ve stayed in. Easy entry and checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay

Very nice cabin tucked into the woods. Place was clean and cozy. We had an issue with the gas fireplace but service got it working. The master bed was problematic. Basically a box spring and mattress on the floor between a bed frame. Not sure if the slats were broken or missing, but it created a very low to the floor bed. Only other issue was the toaster. Something is stuck in the that sets off the smoke alarms. I tried clearing it with no luck. We’d rent this place again
