Immaculée Lake Front Home sur le lac Seneca sans escaliers!

Terrain plat ... pas de marches Ă  gravir! Profitez de notre maison au bord du lac de deux chambres avec toutes les commoditĂ©s de la maison. La chambre principale offre une porte coulissante en verre sur une terrasse joliment meublĂ©e qui surplombe le lac. La deuxiĂšme chambre peut accueillir 5 personnes avec un lit double et un futon avec un lit superposĂ©. Les deux chambres disposent d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec cĂąble. Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible. Une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse sont disponibles pour votre usage. Une belle vĂ©randa en verre a Ă©tĂ© ajoutĂ©e en 2013 pour profiter du dĂźner, de la lecture ou tout simplement se dĂ©tendre. Un gril Ă  gaz est fourni pour la cuisson en plein air. Regardez les magnifiques couchers de soleil autour du foyer et faites griller des guimauves. Plusieurs jouets du lac (bateau de pĂȘche, pĂ©dalo et canoĂ«) sont Ă  votre disposition. Un grand bac Ă  sable ombragĂ© par un magnifique saule est Ă©quipĂ© de toutes sortes de jouets de sable pour le plaisir de vos petits. Profitez de l'ombre sous les beaux saules pleureurs. La climatisation et le chauffage central sont surveillĂ©s Ă  la tempĂ©rature souhaitĂ©e de l'occupant. Nous sommes situĂ©s au centre de la Seneca Wine Trail, Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du Sampson State Park et Ă  quelques minutes du Waterloo Outlet Mall et des magasins de la ville de GenĂšve. Les tarifs d'Ă©tĂ© seront de 1 900 $ par semaine en location du samedi au samedi. Le tarif comprendra vos frais de mĂ©nage. Les draps sont disponibles pour votre usage mais doivent ĂȘtre lavĂ©s et rangĂ©s avant de partir.

Catskills and Seneca Lake

The house was perfect and very clean. All amenities were as expected. Location was great for hiking and biking
 a bit windy to kayak but they were available. Highly recommend Beverly and her home if you stay in the area.

Beautiful cottage in a great location.

Enjoyed out time at the house. Had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Really like how close to Sampson Park we were. Rode our bikes to the park several times and enjoyed other activities there. Several nice wineries within a short distance.

this property has everything you need for a quiet stay on the lake. Incredible access to the lake with a firepit, kayaks, and easy access to boating at Seneca park. Perfect location to see lots of area on all of the Finger Lakes!! I highly recommend

Great Lake house.

Beverly is a great host. The place is extremely clean.The house is right on the lake and the view is spectacular. We have been renting this property for years and look forward to it every year.

Relaxing & Beautiful!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! The house was so well kept and the view was absolutely amazing!! It was so nice not to have stairs and to be so close to the lake!! The owners were great, they gave us a ton of recommendations to eat at and wineries to visit! The neighborhood was also very lovely!! We will definitely be back!!

Great place for a lake getaway

We stayed at this property for the eclipse. Even though the clouds caused some disappointment, this property did not. It was like our own little lake retreat. This property is on the lake with a great dock for a stroll. The views are spectacular and the property is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again the next time we do a Finger Lake getaway.

Breathtaking

We loved this little house on the lake. It was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy our time. The views from the living area was breathtaking. The sunset was gorgeous. We hope to return again when it is a little warmer to actually spend time on the lake.

Great Ladies Weekend on the Lake

My 5 girlfriends and I, who have been doing an annual Ladies Weekend for 12 years now, had an amazing weekend in the Finger Lakes with awesome accommodations at this cottage on the lake. Beverly was prompt in returning all inquiries prior to our arrival and property was just as described on our arrival. The place was beautiful, very clean, well-stocked, comfortable and accommodating; we will be back!

A beautiful cottage in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with a “backyard” that is spectacular! The cottage has everything you need for a great stay, but your ‘backyard” is a “show-stopper”. A westward view of Seneca Lake, a gorgeous sunset, and a level walk-out from a three season room. We will be back!

Perfect getaway

This cottage was everything we were looking for and more. The cottage was well kept and beautiful. We spent our days outside and our 3 kiddos (3,6,8) stayed very busy playing in the water, using the boats, fishing and finding sandglass and other treasures. Most evenings were spent by the campfire and in the morning room playing games. We were all sad to leave.

Beautiful, well-maintained "home" on Seneca

This is just an absolutely beautiful home just steps from Seneca Lake in an equally gorgeous and quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and is very obviously well cared for. The gardens around the house are beautiful! The queen bed was very comfortable and there was a nice size closet in that bedroom as well as a door onto the deck. It was nice to be able to open the blinds in the morning and watch the seagulls right from the bed. We also really enjoyed the living room in the evening. The furniture is very comfy, and we loved using the electric fireplace in the early morning. The owner was available if needed and she actually checked into make sure we were doing okay, but everything was just perfect! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again as a matter of fact I hope to do that in a little bit warmer weather so we can enjoy the kayaks and paddle boat. Thanks so much to Beverly for providing such a wonderful place to stay in the FLX.

Wonderful sunsets

Awesome! The place is right on Seneca Lake with a fully protected sunroom where we spent a great deal of time enjoying the view. The location is convenient to the Finger Lakes has to offer.

Beautiful cottage on the lake

The cottage is very clean and the location on the water is perfect!! We enjoyed the all seasons room while it rained and loved jumping off the dock into the water when it was nice out. Loved the firepit. The cottage has all you need for an enjoyable stay.
