Welcome to our stunning 5-bedroom home in Clearfield, Utah! Immerse yourself in comfort and style with three spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Welcome to our expansive 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in Clearfield, Utah! This spacious retreat is designed for your utmost comfort and relaxation. The master suite offers a king bed and a private ensuite master bathroom, providing a luxurious sanctuary. Additional bedrooms include a second and third bedroom with king beds, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, and a charming kids' bedroom with a full-size bed. For extra flexibility, there's a convenient pull-out couch. Enjoy the convenience of a 2-car garage and unwind in the spacious backyard. With a perfect blend of elegance and practicality, our Clearfield home is your ideal haven for a memorable stay in Utah.

We know how important privacy is on a vacation. We offer self check in options that allow you the flexibility of keeping your own schedule and the ease of checking in whenever works best for you. We are available for anything you might need.

This home is in a peaceful residential neighborhood that will allow you to be extremely close to all activities / attractions, while being comfortable and able to unwind.

You have access to the entire home. No space is shared here.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the basement door.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. After long days of work, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything we needed was provided to make our stay easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for both comfort and convenience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were lots of bedrooms with big beds. It was perfect for our visit. The house was close to freeway entrances, so it was convenient. The host was very easy to talk to and was soooo nice. We really appreciated her.

Great place! We loved it!

We had a great stay. Mandi was great at getting back to me with any questions and concerns. We loved how spacious and welcoming the home is. Very personable and it is little kid friendly with a park near by. We loved the TVs in the rooms and family rooms, and the home was clean overall! Great stay, we hope to stay here soon!

Lovely home with lots of room for our large group. It was very hot outside so it was nice to come into the home that was nice and cool. Check in was easy and there wasn’t much to do for check out. We really enjoyed our stay. Beware that there is a train close and it goes by in the night a few times. In the rooms upstairs it is a bit louder and shakes the house. We knew that it was going to go by so it wasn’t a problem.

Great Experience

All spaces of the house were clean and easy to use. There is a heavily used train track behind the house, but it didn’t bother our group and doesn’t hold up traffic for long periods of time. We enjoyed the stay, and all necessary communication with the owner was quick and easy!

Big Space for a Big Group

The house was perfect for a large group. Plenty of sleeping space and room to hang out. The kitchen wasn't exactly stocked with he best cooking/baking equipment so be prepared if you plan to cook. ALSO, there is a train that runs directly behind the house on an hourly basis. It can be pretty loud but never too obnoxious. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

An okay place to stay

The TRAIN IS SO LOUD, it shakes the house and continues all night long. I would not recommend if your looking for a good night sleep. The location was close o the freeway so that was nice. We were not inpressed with the overall cleanliness of the house. It also had a bad smell which they had unplugged airfreshiners all over but it seems like they would have left some of them in. The place did have lots of room for our family of 6.

Perfect Family House

This house was perfect for our family trip. We were in town for a wedding and this house was plenty big for our multigenerational family. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. Checkin was super easy and I got quick responses if I had questions. Location for us was great but be aware there are train tracks close and the Air Force base. This caused some noise but didn’t bother us. It wasn’t too far from the airport or downtown. The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

TRAIN TRACKS and convenient location

TRAIN TRACKS TRAIN TRACKS TRAIN TRACKS. There are nights those things are going by every 15 min till midnight and then hourly for the rest of the night. And those tracks are like 50 yards away so the freight shakes everything and is loud. And they blow their horns. MThe house is clean but some handles on everything need tightening. The appliances work well The property says it sleeps 14 but you really have to get creative to get there. Their maintenance team did not load the place with any backup toilet paper and we had 13 people. . And the sheets weren’t washed, nor the bed liner. We had to do that ourselves for the master bedroom because they smelled of the prior occupants.

Okay, basic house

Overall, a good experience but pictures make it look nicer than in person. While, the house was mostly clean, it was dated and worn including shag carpet and peeling paint on the walls/door trim. The furniture was older and the beds were hard and without mattress pads. There wasn’t wi-fi and we were not able to get the door to lock when leaving, so we had to use the garage door. There were 14 air fresheners plugged in, which left an overwhelming perfume smell throughout the house. The ice even tasted like the air fresheners. The train was loud and the entire house shook, feeling like an earthquake when it drove by.
