Nous aimons maisons restaurées et celui-ci est un joyau. Installé sur un terrain de niveau, avec une cour, cette beauté offre un régal dans chaque suite. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain complète - une avec un grand bain à remous - et une vue. Il ya une sensation de concepteur dans tous les coins - des poutres apparentes et des canapés en cuir dans le salon, à l'coin lecture dans la salle de jeux. Comme chacune de nos propriétés lorsque vous séjournez au 3 Suite Retreat, vous aurez accès à 2 piscines situées sur la montagne pendant les mois d'été. The only complaint the men in our group had was that the pool table is unplayable because the rail on one side is broke.The water pressure in the upstairs bedroom was not very good. And the toilet is constantly running in the same bathroom. Other than minor issues we loved it and it is one of the cleanest and homey places we've stayed. Will stay here again.

We were traveling with our two adult children, and each bedroom having it's own bathroom was a huge bonus. The views were awesome and we enjoyed sitting on the deck. The house was close to park and downtown Gatlinburg. Once we were used to the winding roads, travel was fine.

The 2 upstairs bathrooms are very large. It was the perfect chalet for our group & I would rent it again without hesitation. We always stay with mountain laurel chalets & wouldn’t consider renting from anybody else. They are fantastic! Pam does a great job!

But learned from our mistakes... remember to lock your vehicles!! Bears can open them. Found 2 in my son's truck when we discovered bears outside.. mountain laurel chalets are very organized and friendly. My only suggestion is bring couple towels for hot tub.

People don't believe us when we tell them to lock doors and roll up windows because bears can open car doors, but sounds like you are a believer now! Pretty common occurrence actually. They don't usually do much damage, unless the door closes behind them! Extra towels are a good idea for the hot tub. We look forward to your next visit with us.

The view is Amazing to look at while drinking coffee in the morning, having a fire going in the evening or sitting in the hot tub after a long day hiking. We like to cook our meals and found that the butchers' block needs to be replaced but there was plenty of pots and pans. If you are looking for places to eat out at we found J.T. Hannah's Kitchen and Alamo Steakhouse really good. This is the 3rd property we have stayed at and haven't been disappointed yet with Mtn. Laurel Chalets. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to coming back again and staying at another property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at 3Suite Retreat. The home was clean and welcoming. We did have some minor issues that were quickly taken care of. I know that from time to time they clear out some of over growth to improve the view of the mountains and it might be time to clear some of the overgrowth out. We did notice, and reported to the staff on our departure that the silverware in the chalet was pretty low. We were constantly washing so we had enough to eat with. How ever it did not hamper our stay. Always look forward to our Smokies with MLC.

Beautiful home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Three Suite rental was wonderful!! Three separated king suites with private bathrooms made it easy for our group to spread out. There are three central air units so no battling for thermostat control. We were all comfortable at night. There is an additional full bath downstairs with the pool table which was very convenient. The views from the balcony were amazing. The hot tub was in excellent condition and we loved it. The owner has personal touches in the home along with pictures of the renovation which added two bedrooms and bathrooms. We did not see the bear, only evidence of a bear visit. Did see lots of fireflies! The home is in the mountains so expect narrow roads, hairpin turns with steep drop offs and no cell service on drive. There is a market and pizza place on the mountain. Both are convenient...and saves a drive back down mountain. Minor issues: The carpet is an off white and as expected shows dirt. There is carpet in the bathrooms but it is a Berber carpet so not as bad as we expected. The dryer is downstairs and vents straight up...I suspect the vent line is blocked somewhere...it does take two hours to dry a very small load. The upstairs balcony screen door is missing part of the screen. We absolutely would stay at Three Suites again.

The chalet was in great shape. The chalet and the lawn was well maintained. The Hot tub lock was very hard to undo. We almost had to call the office to have someone come out and unlock. The cable was very tight- and the hook is old and stays in the locked position. Although- glad that it was locked up due to child safety- it was difficult to open. Also - there is a set of stairs that lead to the top deck (outside)that should have a gate available at the top and bottom due to the bears wanting to come onto the deck. The house and the view were lovely. We enjoyed our stay.

A bit disappointed

Great rental company, very worn and dated home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mountain Laurel Chalets is a great rental company, awesome communication and so helpful! We have rented from this company in the past and been very pleased with both the rental experience and the property. This house however was not our typical positive experience .This house really shouldn’t be on the market at this price for the condition it is in. It is EXTREMELY dated. The entire house is decorated in what can best be described as dusty 1980s clutter. The bathrooms are all carpeted which seems very unsanitary. Nearly every mini blind in the house is broken. There are no bannister or railings on the steps from the lower level to the first floor which is a huge safety issue especially for children or the elderly. The house is in a great location with lovely views and a nice lot. It really has the potential to be a nice property given some maintenance, decluttering, updates , and a little love .

3 sweet retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of this chalet is perfect! Easy to get to-mostly main roads leading to chalet. However, chalet is quite outdated. It smelly musty and there is evidence of water damage in many areas. The jacuzzi tub upstairs leaks into the dining area and the largest master bath also has a leak over the toilet when raining. Carpet is old and stained and is in all the bathrooms- yuck. Could have been much cleaner- gunk in corners of floorboards and walls/door frames are stained and dingy looking. Mountain Laurel so the absolute best and we will continue to stay with them, however will not book this property again.

A Beautiful and Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful cabin. There was a proposal that was supposed to happen on the skybridge that did not occur and roads to other places were shut down. I utilized the cabin as my proposal place and it couldn’t have been better! She said Yes by the way!!! I can’t wait to visit again next year! Thanks for helping me make memories!

The serenity and view was exactly what we needed.

Wonderful long weekend with great friends!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from Three Suite is amazing! We had perfect weather while we were there. We did not have any bear visitors while we were there. The office staff is wonderful. We had a problem with our cable boxand maintenance came right up to check it out. The kitchen was well stocked. The chalet was very clean. The only recommendations I would have for the owners would be a little TLC of their home. The kitchen needs updating. You have to open the dishwasher and oven doors in order to open the cabinet drawers. I would also recommend that they put tile or vinyl in the bathrooms. It is a little dated and not very nice to have carpeting in the bathrooms. Several of the light fixtures were without light bulbs. It did have a musty smell when you first enter the family room area. It has a nice long driveway with plenty of parking. The house is secluded and private. We would definitely stay at this chalet again with just a few updates to the property.

Three suite retreat is an absolutely beautiful place, and it is a fantastic place to say with family, or even if three couples want to have a getaway together. We always try to get little issues like the cable box resolved as soon as possible, and make sure that our guests experience is as smooth as possible. Thank you for your suggestions, we always want our properties to exceed the guests expectations, so we appreciate that.

My wife and I bring our family including three grandchildren each year for our annual Halloween trip. Yes, we all dress up and go down town. We've stayed with Mountain Laurel Chalets for over thirty years. We will be back again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental we had was well maintained could use a little upgrades but nothing to be disappointed about! The only issue we had was the upstairs bathroom toilet didn’t flush however the 3 other bathrooms made up doe that!! Seeing the bears was awesome they came to visit us while we were on the grill great stay overall!
