Cozy and luxurious 4-bedroom "Lake Retreat in the Heart of Arnolds Park!"

Enjoy your time in Lake Okoboji in this family-friendly home in Bridges Bay. At 2,140 sq. ft, this home is one of the largest homes in the Bridges Bay area. It features 4 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an open floor plan kitchen/living area, and a basement with a second large living room. There are also several games and kids' toys available for use that all ages can enjoy. While the kids are playing, the adults can enjoy the ambiance of the gas firepit on the back deck. Also available are a gas grill and Blackstone grill.

Sleeping Arrangements:
-Master bedroom (main floor): Sleep Number king bed
-Bedroom 2 (main floor): king bed
-Bedroom 3 (lower level): queen bed and full-sized crib
-Bedroom 4 (lower level): 2 queen beds
-Lower-level living room: 2 queen sofa beds

Each bedroom features a TV with YouTube Live TV and Netflix already signed in. Free WiFi is also included. A Blu-Ray player is connected to the main floor living room TV.

The spacious attached two-car garage is equipped with all the necessities to enjoy a fun, family-filled weekend including a Bob stroller, wagon, trikes, and cornhole set. There is also a full-sized Maytag washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets included. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your necessary spices, oils, cooking sprays, coffee maker, pots, pans, crockpot, blender, and more. We even had kids' items such as kids' plates, silverware, sippy cups, a high chair, and more. The bathrooms include several towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and face wash.

This is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed. No bachelor or bachelorette, or large, loud parties please. Parking available in garage and driveway, no street parking. Boat parking is across the street (south) from the basketball courts.

Highly recommend this home for all travelers but was especially conducive to those traveling with kids of all ages! Our older kids loved floating in the pool across the street while mom and dad took a breath, and our toddler spent lots of time with all the Little Tikes toys the owner had stocked in the garage and house. Location is fantastic as it was within 10 minutes of the beaches, restaurants, golf course and other attractions we wanted to hit up. The deck and living room were favorite places to hang out in the mornings and evenings as we started each vacation day slow and could wind down the day just talking. Well stocked kitchen for cooking too! Very clean and Cindy was awesome to work with for check in.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time at GG’s playhouse. The attention to detail, location, toys and spaces to play and more. We had back to back rainy weather and didn’t even mind staying in. We would absolutely stay again!

Very nice house in Bridges Bay. It has TV's in every room, nice furniture and is full of needed items for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend!

This place has it all! Beautiful home, well cleaned. Has stuff for everyone to use.

Our family had an amazing time, even though it rained heavy two of our three days here. This house has it all! Bring your clothes and food and you are set. We definitely will look into renting this place again. Thank you, The Stenzel Family!

My parents raised me and my 3 other siblings coming to Lake Okoboji where we have enjoyed boating, Arnold's Park amusement park, eating at various restaurants, and more. I have several recommendations of things to do and places to see while you and your family are visiting so please reach out! I loved growing up in this area, and I want everyone to enjoy their family time in Lake Okoboji, too!
