Chantal is an exceptional Host. Her communication is top tier she made me feel like family. I was experiencing displacement after having a house fall through my home and she was so caring and thoughtful throughout the experience. With all the stress I had going on dealing with my home she made my stay pain free and comfortable. I felt like I had a home away from home and my kids were so comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and close proximity to downtown. Very convenient process and super clean environment. Five star rating. Highly recommended!!

Amazing Home Away from Home

This property was everything that I wanted in a home. The owner took care of every detail, so you don’t have to. Its convenient location made it easy for us to visit some of the best places in the surrounding area.

Clean and Spacious

Everything was spotless. Kitchen was well appointed. Could use some trash cans and towel racks upstairs. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Family vacation

Location and property was as advertised. We did have some connection issues with the TV. We had some touble finding the place. If you are using an android phone, you can google maps Towns of the Enclave to locate the property. Overall a great stay. Would highly recommend!

The property was beautiful. The community was very nice and quiet day and nice. The location was decent enough to where you had access to anything within a timely matter. The communication with the property manager was very responsive and prompt. Now, the beds are very hard and take some getting used to. The pillows were terrible, so we had to go buy some pillows to have a decent night's sleep. In the master/grand bedroom, when the AC came on, the vent made an annoying noise that sounded like a grinder. There were no hand soaps in the bathrooms so we had to purchase some to use. Received the existing instructions; wasn’t pleased with all the work we had to do before we left. The washroom is on the top floor, so we had to take all the linen to the washroom, which I felt was a little extreme. Because if we remove all the linen, we empty all the garbage. Makes me wonder what the cleaning crew are in charge of because pretty much everything was done by use.

Needs met!

The house was as described except we didn't realize that one bedroom was on level 1 and the others on level 3. Unit was stocked with basics for what we needed. Hand soap was low, but a message to owner and they directed us quickly to where more was located. The only surprise was the beds upstairs did not have fitted sheets but on them so we had to do that ourselves after we arrived past midnight. Overall good experience.

Disapointing

Property was not clean. Down stairs bathroom had a spreading water stain on the ceiling. Numerous human hairs found in the bathrooms and on the couches. Apparent dog hairs and dust on the floors. Advertised as a 6 person but only had 4 coffee cups and four wine glasses. blinds on windows were taped up and made of paper. Back doors to the patio, all glass, had no blinds at all. We had to hang a sheet. Unit was three stories high. This was not highlighted in the description of the property. Owner did not respond well to criticism and then showed up unannounced on Sunday morning to defend herself. We called her Friday morning and she told us she doesnt check her voicemails. Told us we should have reported issues on the day we arrived. That was at 4pm after a long day of travel. Garbage can was ompletely full, despite being told explicitly that we needed to take the garbage out.

Guest from hell. Usually people don’t check into a property if they have concerns. Ian and 5 other friends checked into my house and after 2 days decided to complain. He decided to find fault with everything but they didn’t want any of the complaints addressed because they were lies. I went over to see what the problem was and quickly found out that he wanted to stay there for free. They were 6 of them. He asked me to refund him the cleaning fee and I did. He thanked me. Upon check out he called Vrbo and demanded more money. 6 people that completed their stay, I refunded them the cleaning fee and it was still not enough. DO NOT RENT YOUR PROPERTY TO IAN.

Beautiful house but no hospitality

Avoid this host. We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. She did not respond for 3 days when we brought up maintenance issues at the property and she only responded when VRBO customer support was called. She only showed up 30 minutes before check out to resolve the maintenance issues. She also requested additional fees to be paid on Zelle which is against VRBO policy. Furthermore basic necessities for short term vacation rental were not provided. For example there were no towels available for 2 of the guests, the trash can was broken in one of the bathrooms, the shower curtain was on the floor when we checked in. There were paper blinds up in the living room. The patio door was wide open with no privacy covering so you could see into the property. Also note this is a 3 story townhome so not suitable for those with mobility issues. The host was very disrespectful and unprofessional in all of her communications which is a shame for it being an otherwise nice home.
