Hello from Ai and Brian, and Welcome to our renovated single-family home in Lawrenceville! We welcome you to look at all our reviews from our townhouses located in Smyrna and Kennesaw!

Here you will have full Access to the entire house with your personal code to self-check-in anytime, a Fully Functional Kitchen with Kitchenware, Comfortable Living Room with Sectional Sleeper Sofa and 55" Smart TV, 3 Bedrooms each w/ Queen Mattresses, 2 Bathrooms with all necessary amenities at request, Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer, and High-Speed Wi-Fi.

This home is centrally located and within 5 minutes to Downtown Lawrenceville, 3 minutes from Kroger, 7 minutes to the Shoppes at Webb Gin, a popular outdoor shopping center, 15 minutes from the Mall of Georgia. 50 minutes from Atlanta International Airport. Wonderful and beautiful house. Perfect neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding. Only 15 minutes from her house.

This property was just as described. Very nice ranch home in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were very responsive. The house was well maintained and clean, easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hosts weren't in house but everytime I shot them a message with like asking to fix something or find something they'd reply within 5 minutes or it'd already be fixed, can't recommend this enough

Good home for friends/family and their doggie family members. Yard was fully fenced, spacious, and flat so it invited play and hanging out. Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. House was well furnished with basics.

Perfect location for Fairgrounds!

Check in was so smooth! Owners are very welcoming and quick to respond if you have any questions. The location was perfect for the event at the Fairgrounds we attended. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog as well! We will definitely stay here again!

Cozy, nice size, big yard, updated

We have now stayed here a few times while looking for a house to buy. The rooms are clean and nice size. Good kitchen, living area and great location with a big fenced in yard for our dogs. I would stay again. Close to many places to eat and shopping is all around here.

Great place and location

The home was perfect for us as an interum spot while settling into our new place up the road after a cross country moves. The cats loved the window view. Porch was nice to relax on in the evenings. Would stay again if we were ever visiting from out of town.

Thanksgiving getaway!

Great little house and property to visit family for Thanksgiving in Loganville, Norcross and Duluth. Pet friendly. Clean! Owners communicative! Climb Stone Mountain! We even hosted a taco/game night because the house has everything you need!

Adorable house

In town for a dog show and found this place to be perfect. It was clean, felt safe and the hosts were VERY responsive and communicative. It was also just minutes to the Guinnett County Fairgrounds where we were showing which was nice especially when I forgot an essential just 45 minutes before show time!

Be very careful using VRBO. If you accidentally miss a payment the Host will charge you 800 above the rental cost. Its in the fine print somewhere? I believe its classic highway robbery.

Please do not rent here. The moment you walk in there is a very old musty smell. Paint chipped on cabinets. None of the pictures are accurate. The bathrooms had urine on walls. They had an old Christmas mat for the bathroom mat which was soiled. Cups were dirty I had to rewash in dishwasher. So uncomfortable. The last three days no hot water contacted host they sent two unprofessional people that did not fix problems. Host was very rude stating I messed up water heater and never refunded for nights without hot water. The day of check out I had to call the police because he sent two strangers that didn’t speak English to push us out when we were waiting for maintenance to fix hot water. Please don’t rent here this is not a cozy place it’s dirty and no hot water.!!!

the bugs were the worst thing of all there was no screen door so everytime the door opens the house was filled with bugs,very large spiders. It was very hot and the ceiling fan in the living room did not work. No televisions in the rooms. Everything else i could work with just the bugs and more came in at night.

Honest Thoughts

The stay was great once we got into the house. On the day we arrived we were supposed to check in for 4, however I didn’t receive the access code until around 5:30. By that time we were tired and traveled from MA and AZ. We called VRBO (prior to receiving the access code) and they put us in a hotel. I actually received the access code after I got done checking into the hotel. I could not get ahold of the owners and VRBO couldn’t as well. HOWEVER, after the initial debacle of VRBO and/or the property owners sending the code, once we did get it we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors seemed pleasant. Mistakes happen and I’m sure this is more a lack of communication between Vrbo and/or the owners and Vrbo should make sure that their system sends out ALL pertinent information. Another relative had the same issue happen with Vrbo this weekend in GA. Vrbo gave the address and no code. Anyway, the house is clean, quiet, and inviting. Next time I’m in GA I will try to get this same house.
