I had a wonderful experience staying at this cozy cottage in Keene! It’s clean, conveniently located and close to so many trails, and stocked with everything my boyfriend and I needed for our trip. The decor and furniture are homey and inviting, and the screened in porch is a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning. There is also a ton of natural light in the cottage! We would absolutely stay here again.

We LOVED staying here!! Highly recommend. Honestly the place looks better than the pictures. It’s a very cute cottage feel. Bed and sofa were comfortable. Place was quiet even with windows open. Right across the street from a main gas station so perfect for coffee or late night snack run. Will absolutely stay here again and look forward to it. One of my best friends lives in Keene but my husband and I plus our dog wanted our own place and it’s perfect. Love that it was dog friendly - sorry for our white dog hair!! Our dog loved it too because he settled right in and had no problem being left alone.

A great little cottage in a great location! Short drive to Lake Placid, and close several great breweries and restaurants. A convenient store across Fromm the cottage was also an added benefit. Very clean and Dorothy communicated in a timely manner and left us a gift of local Maple Syrup at check in. We’d stay here again!!!

We were very happy w everything at the Cozy Cottage. Perfectly warm and comfortable place to return to after some cold January days in the mountains. And really appreciated the functional kitchen.

Great place to stay!

Very clean and convenient place to stay. It was very close to the trails in the high peaks wilderness and lake placid. Stewart's was very close and a short walk for morning coffee and snacks. Highly recommend

The property was perfect, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, kitchen everything there and Stewarts next door. Loved it will go back again.

The property was just as described in a great location for hiking and exploring. Dorothy was a great hostess providing very easy check in and out with well stocked home and little special touches. We will be back!

Great stay with a cozy atmosphere!

Check in was a breeze, and the property was exactly as described.....cozy and charming. Everything you could ever want is supplied, like a home away from home. We loved the location and the convenience. Dorothy is a wonderful host and makes you feel most welcome! We will definitely be staying again.

Cute little cabin

The cabin was well stocked and organized for all you could need in the kitchen. Cozy and the futon was quite comfortable.

Centrally located for hiking, cozy little home was a perfect fit for me and my dog while hiking the Adirondack peaks.

A charming cottage

The cottage matches its description and is very nice for one or two people. The host was easy to work with. The location is convenient for enjoying everything the Keene valley has to offer.

A great home base in the mountains

Stayed here for a long weekend of hiking and it was the perfect home base for our adventures. Plenty of room, comfortable furnishings, all the amenities you need, an ideal location close to trail heads, stores, restaurants. We'll be back!
