In addition, you will find a practical desk, ideal for those who need to work during their stay.



The fully equipped kitchen features appliances and cooking utensils, giving you the freedom to prepare your favorite meals. For added convenience, the loft also features a laundry center, ensuring that your clothes are always spotless.



In addition, the condo in which this loft is located offers a variety of amenities to make your stay even more special. You can keep up your workout routine in the fitness center, cool off in the pool or enjoy the views from the common terrace.

The Neighborhood:

Condesa is one of the safest areas of the city with a lot of security, walking distance to best hotels, delicious, restaurants, bars, cafes and very near to the city center and breathtaking and historical places like La Roma, Polanco, and the Anthropology Museum. In Condesa you can choose to eat on a fancy restaurant or street food. You can drive, walk , use a scooter or rent a bicycle for a week and go wherever you want.



Getting Around:

Uber and DIDI are cheap, safe and always available.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
