*Our garage was hit during the summer storms and badly damaged. The house inside is the same, there was one room that also had some water damage but it is not in this listing and has been cleared. The basement bedroom, living room, bathroom are all unaffected. Unfortunately insurance and multiple contractor can not agree on the proper fix/cost for the garage and this fix is delayed but will be repaired as soon as possible.
