One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is in the lower level, which has its own living room and private entrance. Perfect for two families who want to share a home and experience, but separate sleeping spaces.
The balcony and screened-in porch are perfect for looking out at the lake while enjoying conversations or a quiet beverage outside.
There is a convenient washer and dryer available for longer stays, and of course, those fun but messy lake days.
The bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms have thoughtful guest supplies at every turn. A vacation home with amenities like your own home, with that elevated touch that reminds you you`re on vacation lake time.
This home will make you feel like you need to book next year when you arrive. You won`t just feel at home; you will feel at peace. No cleaning, no hassles, just a convenient location, serene lake views, and the subtle sounds of joy throughout your entire stay.

Guests can self-check in anytime between 4 pm and 8 pm. A property and area tour is available-if time allows for management and guests.
Management and staff are local and available 24/7 by a direct local line.

This home is near a body of water and surrounded by wildlife. Please watch children carefully and be courteous to wildlife and neighbors, as this community is a close local lake town.

Rental Agreement/Waiver signed before stay
To help maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for home for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
No Smoking, Fireworks, or Vaping
Secure the Home - Please lock doors and windows when leaving and turn off lights, fireplaces, and electronics when not in use.
Garbage & Kitchen Courtesy - Kindly rid the home of all garbage and food debris before departure or when leaving for extended periods to prevent bugs and other unwanted guests.
Exterior Cameras - For safety and property protection, exterior cameras are in use. Please do not tamper with or cover any monitoring devices.
Quiet Hours - Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM in respect of neighbors and local ordinances.
This home is near a lake. Please be advised of the following:
• Children must be supervised near the water at all times.
• Please respect neighboring docks, shoreline areas, and local lake regulations.
• Golf carts, watercraft, and lake equipment are only permitted where specifically approved.
• Wildlife, lake flies, uneven terrain, and slippery surfaces may be present — appropriate footwear is recommended.

Parking- 5 cars maximum, no street parking

Unauthorized pets are not permitted inside the home. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.
Rule Compliance
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges, fines, or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with platform policies and the Rental Agreement.
