Detailed Virtual Tour:
* Downstairs Bar & Living Room: When you walk through the front door, you’ll be greeted by an open family room with a Queen pullout sofa, 2 accent chairs, and 2 bar stools. Enjoy the electric fireplace and Roku TV.
Swing around the bar to grab one of the complementary beers from the mini fridge or bring your own drink of choice and serve it in the provided wine/highball glasses.

* Downstairs Bed/Bath: You’ll find 2 bedrooms with 3 queen beds between them, complete with dressers, nightstands, lamps, and walk-in closets. In the single-bed room, we provide a desk and faux leather desk chair in case you have some emails or homework to take care of.
To accommodate those rooms, there is a full bathroom with shower and 2 split sinks to easily allow multiple guests to get ready alongside each other.

* Game Room: The final room on this level is the game room, complete with an air hockey table and foosball table! If you get tired of losing at air hockey against your kids, you can also install the ping pong table top and show them who’s really boss! Sit down in the futon (folds down into twin bed) or bar stools to watch the action.

* Upstairs Living Room: Gather around the large remote-controlled gas fireplace with natural stone surround and large Roku-enabled flat screen. There’s space for everyone on the sofa, leather chair with matching ottoman, and 2 accent chairs. Inside the rustic white hutch, you'll find a variety of boardgames and cards.

* Fully Furnished Kitchen: We furnish our kitchen to cover all your needs- providing a blender, mixer, toaster, cutting boards, pots, pans, tupperware, silverware, cutlery, flatware, and variety of basic spices and sauces. In case you decide to have a picnic, we have also supplied disposable plates/bowls/plasticware. All drawers and cabinets have been labelled to make it easier to find what you’re looking for.
Our family cherishes morning coffee time together so we provide 3 different ways to make yours, along with a variety of coffees/tea.

* Kids Area: We provide a dedicated area for your kids to hangout. There is a play couch that can be built into their dream fort. Also find a wide variety of books and toys to cover all ages. There is a kids table/chair set plus our dedicated (adult) game table, so you can keep an eye on your kids while playing your own games!
Once all the fun is done, there are 2 bunk beds for them to crash on. For infants, we provide a pack-n-play with sheets, high chair, changing pad, diapers, and safety gate.

* Powder Room/Laundry Room: After a long day of fun, freshen up for dinner in the powder room. If you’re staying for several days, use the laundry room that is complete with washer, drier, detergent, softener, drier sheets, iron, and ironing board.

* Master Bed/Bath: The large, luxurious king-size bed is complemented by an attached closet, dresser, and nightstands. In the master bath, find a huge walk-in shower and large jetted tub, complete with bath caddy and bath bombs. Double sinks allow you and your mate to prepare for your day alongside each other.

* Master Closet: We provide extra towels for your stay and beach towels to use during dips into Palmer Lake or the hot tub. We also provide an exercise mat with 5lb, 15lb, 25lb, and 35lb dumbbells, yoga mat, and resistance bands if you want to workout. To accommodate your pets, there is a medium-sized dog bed, small and large dog bowls, and several dog toys.

* Balcony/Fire Pit: On the balcony, there is a gas firepit with rock bed for you to enjoy while watching the sun set behind the foothills. Chances are, you’ll see one of the coal trains that frequently passes by. Don't forget to count the number of train cars with your kids!

* Porch/Hot Tub/BBQ Grill: On the back porch, there is a luxury hot tub that is professionally maintained every week, surrounded by a privacy fence. As the jets massage you, look up and appreciate the incredible starry nights that you never see in bigger cities. Also on the back porch, there is a gas BBQ grill for your enjoyment.

* Garage/Kayaks/Bikes: In the garage, we have supplied 2x kayaks with helmets, life jackets, and paddles. The kayaks come fitted to trollies that allow you to roll them down to the water with ease. To help you stroll around the lake or into town, we have included 2x Schwinn hybrid bicycles with helmets.

Note: A waiver will be emailed to you via DocuSign before your check-in. This must be electronically signed before use of the bicycles, kayaks, hot tub, grill, firepit, or any game tables is permitted.
