Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

Great Home for Vacation

We booked the home for our vacation in Austin, TX, and it was wonderful. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and also features a large patio for your furry companions. We loved staying at the Marbella home!

Good value

Overall this place is a good value. Price per night was significantly better than other nearby properties. Place was very clean but some items at the property needed repair (eg broken microwave door handle, carpet/floor damage in a couple areas, etc.). None of this really affected our stay. Place is a little sparsely furnished for its overall size but we would definitely use it again.

I would definitely stay here again!

We had some issues checking in, but that wasnt necessarily anyone's fault, more of a miscommunication. If the carpet was to be replaced I would give it 5 stars. Other than stained and ripped carpet, the place was great! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The beds were very comfortable but the "couch" is one of the sleeping areas and i would not recommend. I would not hesitate to stay again!

Good and Bad

This rental was adequate but found some things lacking. Only one TV in the living room where the furniture was very old, uncomfortable, and needed to be replaced. Absolutely no smoking in the house or on the grounds (very strict rules)! Nice kitchen but lacking enough utensils. No close grocery stores. Internet was good, as were the beds, showers and laundry room. Might stay again if living room furniture was upgraded. Communication with rental agency was great!!

Nice little house but......

Nice little house lived in, but nice layout. When i first got to the house before my family i notice a bug zapper on the floor in the kitchen plugged in!?! Red flag? I did not notice any insects and starting getting my things settled. Just before my family arrived i decided to go get dinner. Before leaving i did notice a fly buzzing around but its just 1 fly right? Wrong! The longer we were in the the house the more flys started to appear to the point at night my kids and myself were woken up by the feeling of flys landing and crawling on our faces! After 3 nights( i booked 4) the flys kept appearing, we couldn't handle it anymore. I really had hopes for this stay but between the unbelievably uncomfortable couch, broken ping pong table, missing 8 ball from the pool table, no ceiling fans and the flys yeah no i would not recommend this house to anyone! I paid way more then i should have and got way less then what i paid for!

Quick trip

House was as pictured. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was nice and in a good location to the Austin Rodeo. The living room couch needs to be upgraded and it would be nice to have TVs in the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay here but check in was extremely difficult. On the day of check in we still had not received any check in information other than the address. I sent a message around 5pm requesting this when we arrived at 9pm we still did not have a reply. It took 45 minutes and multiple messages to finally get a code to the door. The company required use of an additional website, photos of our ID and signatures. We have never done this in all the VRBOS we have used. The signature on our phone did not match the ID and so we had to send in additional photo proof all while we waited out front late at night. A faster and more efficient check in would make all the difference. Overall the home was nice and with a better check in we would stay again.

Ik wist niet dat Marbella_Lane een aparte organisatie was en nogmaals alles moest overhandigen, zoals paspoort en handtekening met de telwfoon! Op het laatst hebben zij mij geblokkeerd en door hulp van mijn Amerikaanse zwager werd na 30 minuten bellen alles opgelost. Ikzelf uit Nederland zou dit nooit hebben kunnen oolossen, dus neem nooit meer Marbella_Lane. De hygiëne liet te wensen over en de laminaatvloeren waren zeer smerig. Liep je op blote voeten dan waren je voete zwart. Er wordt geen onderhoud gepleegd en ik heb door middel van foto's de nodige beschadigingen doorgegeven. Dus ik pas wel op voordat ik met Marbella_Lane nogmaals in zee gaat!
