We just stayed overnight from 10pm to 9am. It was ok. We received clear instructions from the property. Anager. Could do with some TLC to be honest i.e. weeding outside, cleaning balcony, cleaning patio door rails, fresh outside door mats, better towels etc.

Did not know about guests downstairs until we were on our way. Should have had a phone number to call with any issues, it was a good location, hoping the guests downstairs did not hear us after the game, good place to stay for another trip to Calgary

Mold and dog present on site - would not recommend
Would not recommend this place to anyone. There was mold present on the windows and over the vents, the entire place smelt like smoke and urine. There was dog poo at the entrance, there are tenants in the home that smoke on the front lawn. The host refused to give our money back despite all the health problems with this property. Lastly the place was poorly cleaned. We checked out after 30 minutes of being there.

Disappointed and Misled – Not What We ExpectedWe rented this property expecting a peaceful, self-contained getaway for a group of ladies, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The listing gave the impression that we would have exclusive access to the house and amenities, including the hot tub and yard. However, tenants in the downstairs unit used the hot tub all night, leaving it dirty and unusable for us. Their loud partying at 3 a.m. disrupted our sleep, despite the stated quiet hours of 10 p.m., which we respectfully followed.The property was not clean upon arrival. The back entrance was filthy, mats in bedrooms and bathrooms were dirty, and one bathroom lacked a tub plug. Basic items like a working corkscrew were missing, and the patio doors didn’t lock properly, which made us feel unsafe. Beds were missing mattress protectors and top sheets, and the yard was neglected and uninviting.We were uncomfortable even sitting on the balcony due to the behavior of the downstairs tenants. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, security, and privacy made it impossible to enjoy our stay. We feel we overpaid for what was delivered and would not recommend this property to others seeking a relaxing and secure retreat.

Centrally located Crescent Height provides walking distance to downtown as well as the river. Once you approach the street you will notice that this is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city as the Elm tress cascade over, it’s very picturesque. Within one block each direction we have over half a dozen restaurants and fast food chains which will ensure to satisfy any foodies cravings. Mentionable notables are Tokyo Street Market (Sushi), K-town chicken(Korean deep fried chicken), Copper Branch (Vegan), Sorella’s(Italian), Deepak's Dhaba (Indian), Boogies Burgers, Quesada (Mexican), PO-KE, Pizza Culture Napoletana, Peter’s Drive In, and not to mention the number of outstanding authentic Asian restaurants nearby (Safeway is only 9 blocks North). Being location right off of Center street there are so many transit options from here and you are walking distance to Chinatown and to the C-Train station. A few blocks west of the unit you are greeted with the iconic Crescent Heights heights park and hills (arguably one of the best views of the city). There is a less than 10 min commute to so many hits spots in the city such as Renfrew, Bridgeland, Sunnyside and West Hillhurst. If you are looking for a walk feel to stroll down the stairs at Crescent Heights Hills where you can cross the bridge over the river into Eau Claire. You will be hard pressed to beat this location.
