Welcome to the Fall Creek Farmhouse – A Peaceful Country Retreat. This beautifully updated and fully furnished 2,300 sq. ft. farmhouse has been in our family for over 50 years. Nestled in a quiet rural neighborhood, it blends timeless charm with modern comfort—ideal for a relaxing getaway or extended stay.

Cozy Family Room - Enjoy a spacious family room with original doors with original glass, tall farmhouse windows with the original woodwork, custom shades, comfortable leather reclining couch, loveseat, and rocker recliner seating. A large Smart TV with Roku, lift-top coffee table, creating a perfect space for unwinding or working remotely.

Chef's Dream Large Farmhouse Kitchen - Our large country kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal from an air fryer to a bottle opener. Gather around the center island with barstools, sip from your own coffee bar, or dine at the oak table by the cozy original 1800s fireplace. A warm, inviting space for meals and making memories.

Three Comfortable Bedrooms - The home offers three spacious beautiful country decorated bedrooms with fresh clean bedding, comfy beds with side tables, lamps, TV, chair(s) and dresser/drawers.

The Master Bedroom is on the main level with a king size bed, large closet to store your luggage, two sitting chairs and this room features the original hardwood floors, doors and a glass transom.

The Upstairs Bedrooms --1 queen bed with an additional daybed/trundle, oak fireplace and a comfy chaise lounger. The other upstairs bedroom features 1 queen bed with a comfy chair and decorated in a farmhouse theme

Note: The two upstairs bedrooms have their own private stairway access, the original 1800s doors, and you will see the charming transom that add character.

Quiet Space - If you are looking for a quiet space away from the family room - you'll find a cozy room with a leather recliner, table and chairs, a cabinet full of games, puzzles, and local travel guides. Decorated in barn wood and farmhouse accents, it also features a space with some family history of the home with before/after photos of the home.

Outdoor Spaces - If you love the outdoors you will love choosing from four different spaces to sit, relax and just unwind. Keep in mind seasonal patio furniture in the exterior spaces are not available during winter months.

Side deck: Covered tin roof, rocking chairs, a dining/game table, and peaceful pond view.

Back deck: Countryside views, patio seating, chairs in the backyard and features rustic décor with lots of opportunities to see wildlife. (we have binoculars)

Front porch: Two comfy chairs with foot rests facing a wooded area—perfect for wildlife watching

Side driveway sidewalk features two sitting chairs and table to take in some fresh country air.

Bonus Sunroom - Enjoy the enclosed sunroom (seasonal A/C) for morning coffee with a quiet space indoors with scenic views of the backyard. Features a table and chairs, mini sofa and chair all decorated in a farmhouse checkered red/black theme.
