The space
When you walk thru the front door you will experience this new Hampton's house with blue & white tones set with a coastal modern decor! The living room boasts a large sectional sofa with additional seating to gather and enjoy the large screen TV and beautiful nautical accents. The eat in kitchen has all everything you need to cook and entertain including Keurig coffee maker!
The first floor has 2 bedrooms- 1st bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a full size/twin size bunk beds with posterpedic mattresses. There is a full bath on the first floor with shower and bathtub. The upstairs has a queen bedroom with TV with seating area and large closet. If you need additional room, there is a separate queen bedroom on the lower level along with a recreation room with full size futon, pool table, bar, bar stools, and seating area. If you work from home, there is a desk with ample work space. The lower level has a large full bathroom with large shower. The recreation area is great for entertaining, relaxing or watching TV on the 70" flat screen! The outdoor space is incredible! Huge deck with BBQ, dining table, bar with stools, seating area, outdoor shower and spacious back yard.
