Perfect for families, the home comfortably sleeps 8 with an upstairs office for a work from home set-up.

The space
Our beach home has 3 bedrooms and lofted office space that comfortably sleep eight guests. The first floor contains 3 bedrooms: a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a guest room with a full size bed, a guest room with a queen size bed, and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom contains a full shower/full bathtub combo, while the other has a shower.

The upstairs loft space contains 2 adjustable standing desks, fully equipped with monitors for an ideal work-from-home set up.

The open kitchen has a lovely breakfast counter, with full-size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and TV. The dining room comfortably seats six and can squeeze more. In the adjacent living room, there is a large screen television with internet TV. Set up for Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.

And in the backyard, there is an outdoor shower, grill, outdoor dining area, extra-large umbrella to protect you from the sun and a fire pit.

The house is equipped with high-quality cooking tools, dinner service for 8+, a Weber gas grill, and a fire pit. Plus we have 6 beach chairs, boogie board, coolers and board games.

The linen closet is stocked with linens for all rooms, and pillows and duvets are down or down-alternative filled. 100% cotton towels and beach towels are also provided. High-speed wireless internet. Central air conditioning and heating. Full-size washer and dryer in the basement. Simplisafe security system.
