The Cape Escape - Fisherman's Paradise and a Beautiful Retreat!
The Cape Escape is a beautiful 2 bd/2 bath located on the ground floor and is the perfect location for families, fishermen, relaxation, and watching the wildlife. Close enough to town to enjoy all that Rockport has to offer, however; far enough away to soak up the peace and quiet you will find here. The pool is just steps away - you can soak up the sun and a private fishing pier where you can catch flounder, drum, and reds. The beautiful sunrises and amazing sunsets will leave lasting memories.
The space
The unit sleeps 6 comfortably. We boast two master bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom. The other bedroom has a king bed with a door that can be closed off to create an additional on-suite master. Both bathrooms have large showers with handheld shower heads. There is an open living room-dining room floorplan. The cabinet under the TV in the living room turns into an additional queen size memory foam bed. The fully equipped kitchen features a pass-thru window to the living/dining room area.
Guest access
The entire space is available to you, including the community pool and kayaks.
A maximum of two cars can be parked on-premise.
Other things to note
WASHER/DRYER: If you are planning on staying 7 days or more, you will have access to a washer and dryer in the unit. The code to access this closet will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

Our work keeps us on the road and although we have been many places, this is one of our favorites! When we are in the area, you will usually ïŹnd us ïŹshing, exploring, or relaxing while watching the beautiful sunsets.
We intend to be the best hosts we can, and give our guests the experience we would expect if we were the ones traveling. Since we are on the road often and want to ensure you have the best experience, we have enlisted my mother, Lori Gruvman, to assist in helping you create beautiful memories!
Mom has vast experience in customer service and hospitality. She is a great person to talk and connect with. We have all the faith that she will help in any situation that needs attending to.
We all fell in love with this condo and the location the moment we saw it. We loved how it felt private but not secluded. We loved that it was close to downtown Rockport, yet far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet this location oïŹers. We love the sunsets, the wildlife, and the ïŹshing located right outside the door. We just know that everyone who rents it will feel the same.
The nearby areas allow for bird watching, ïŹshing, kayaking, and much more. You can watch the sunrise/sunset from multiple locations and/or relax by the pool. The outdoor space also allows for a private secluded area to sit, drink a beverage of your choice, and relax.

We chose this neighborhood due to the perfect mix of seclusion and access to town. As well as, the wildlife that is always around.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Our property has an abundance of wildlife that can be viewed from the villa itself. The private fishing dock makes for a relaxing (worry-free) experience. The community is very small, so the property and pool are usually wide open!
