Lakefront condo retreat on beautiful Canandaigua Lake! Updated, Clean & Spacious

Thank you for staying with us and for recognizing the beauty of the lakefront setting. We were sorry to hear aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We do want to clarify for future guests that when concerns about parking were raised during the stay, we responded immediately and provided several solutions. The problem was simple that a maintenance vehicle was in spot #4 so we offered spot #5 immediately, which Quintina utilized. We also communicated that Wi-Fi service in the condo itself was functioning, and that the connectivity issue is only in the parking garage area, not internet access inside the condo. We never heard back from Quintina after we explained that and provided instruction on resetting the modem if there were any issues. Quintina immediately reached out saying how beautiful the condo was and never once mentioned any concern regarding cleanliness. In fact, our guests repeatedly compliment how clean and new the condo is. Quintina and her group arrived Friday night and left early Sunday morning. Had we known they were working on deadline on Saturday and were experiencing any issues at all with wifi, we would have immediately worked to assist. We take guest experience seriously and always encourage guests to contact us during. We remain proud of the experience we provide and of the many guests who have enjoyed this special property and its lake views.
