All renters will be subject to New York penal law 240.20 or any successor statute regarding disorderly conduct.
Guest must comply with the Noise Law of the Town of South Bristol as set forth in chapter 113 of the code of the Town of South Bristol.
Fires are permitted only if there is a designated fire pit and must be attended.
All fires and fireplaces must be attended
Children ages 2 and under are included in the maximum occupancy per Town regulations.
Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.
Homes are not handicap accessible unless stated in description.
Where pets are allowed it is indicated, otherwise pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen free, even those that do not allow pets.
Outdoor amenities including watercrafts/ furniture/fire pits are not allowed between October 15th - May 15th
I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property owner and manager and its affiliates, agents, employees, and authorized third parties, from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney`s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in during use of booked property.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this waiver or my participation in the described activities.
