The space
Newly renovated, modern bohemian style decor, featuring a large kitchen and ample space to hang out with friends and family. Full kitchen includes spices, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and other cooking utensils. Full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas stove, and dishwasher. Free coffee and tea! Ample comfortable seating areas include a full-size dinner table, coffee table, and a counter with bar stools. More seating outside with couches, chairs, a table with an umbrella, and reclining lounge pool chairs. BBQ with tools. Gas firepit with comfortable seating. Unheated large pool with shallow and deep end (~8ft deep). Pool towels provided. 4k Roku smart TVs are included in the living room and in two of the bedrooms. A large comfortable couch for relaxing. Entertain with board games and cards. High-speed internet and Hulu access. Master bedroom features a comfy King-size bed and a fluffy comforter. Other bedrooms feature Queen-size mattresses. A driveway and garage for hassle-free parking (up to 5 small cars). Washer and dryer free to use with detergent provided. Guest access
You will have private access to the entire property including the garage, driveway, front yard, backyard, pool, bbq, firepit and entirety of the house. A digital keypad for easy self-entry, code provided 24hrs prior to checkin. Please park in the garage or driveway because street parking requires a permit from 8pm-8am every day.
Other things to note
Up to 8 guests are allowed on the property. All overnight guests must be registered. There is a $100 additional fee per guest for any party over 6 people.

PLEASE NOTE: The house DOES NOT have AC which is common in homes along the coast. We do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible by having ceiling and box fans. During warmer months we recommend leaving the doors/windows open and the fans on to circulate the ocean breeze throughout the house. Temperatures tend to drop below 70°F at night.

A pool cleaner arrives via the side gate every Thursday morning. The pool is NOT heated. Please keep this in mind when booking.

-PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION IF BRINGING CHILDREN AS THE POOL DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN GATE.
-NO STREET PARKING BETWEEN 8PM-8AM EVERY DAY.
-No pets allowed. If you have a service animal please provide us with proper documentation at least 48hours prior to check-in.
-Property is protected by ADT Security. There are four exterior security cameras including the pool area for insurance and pool safety purposes. Cameras are only reviewed in case of emergencies or issues. Doors have sensors for pool protection, they will chime with voice activation when opened.
-CLEANLINESS IS OUR TOP PRIORITY. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about our cleaning process.
