The guest right below us liked to smoke weed on his balcony which I didn't appreciate. Although the condo is a little dated (furniture in master) and the bathrooms could use a little renovation, the unit was clean and had everything we needed. We did have to buy laundry soap since we couldn't find any. I didn't know that we had to wash all of the towels when we checked out. Not a big deal, but I would have brough laundry pods. Overall, I thought it was a good value.

Pawleys Girls Getaway

This was a family multi-generational girls trip to Litchfield by the Sea and Pawleys Island. We have visited many times before at different locations within the resort and this one didn’t disappoint. Comfortable unit with beautiful views of the ocean. Good communication and overall a great time! Thank you

Great stay

We had a great stay overall. Our only complaint was that the pool closed early (7pm) the first night for some reason, but it was open the rest of the weekend which was great. Also, for anyone staying in the condo, you have to pull down on the spout for the bathtub to make the shower work. After we figured it out, it was no problem, but it was not intuitive and it took us a bit. Other than that, the condo was clean and met all of our needs. It was nice to be able to get up in the morning and make breakfast and sit on the patio and watch the ocean. It was well stocked and comfortable. We had such a good time in the lazy river and it was nice to switch back-and-forth from the pool to the ocean. Overall, definitely recommend the condo!

Great location and View

Bridgewater is a beautiful complex. This unit is nicely maintained with quality furniture on the balconies, and quality mattress in front bedroom. Unit was very clean on arrival. I would note that AC units needed some maintenance. I would recommend this location to others.

Retirement Reward

We were able to book a spontaneous getaway 2 weeks in advance. We were pleased with the entire complex. There were many, many great local restaurants from which to choose. The check-in process was quick and efficient. We definitely would return to this complex.
