Our apartment is a modern, renovated space, with good lighting and with criteria for hydro-energy efficiency and electric vehicle parking.
Relax in this quiet and elegant space, with a privileged view, churrasquero area, play area for the children and adults.
The apartment is located in the residential area "La Campana", a quiet place but close to places of access to the whole city.
We will gladly welcome you with open arms.
The space
Ideal for families or for business trips, the La Campana apartment has two rooms, one of them with a large double bed with two beds and the other room with two beds ( 1 bed of one and a half beds and 1 bed of a single bed). It has a bathroom in the apartment and a bathroom in the ping pong table area. It has its living room, kitchen, and a dining room.
The area is super quiet and the apartment is located a few minutes away from highly commercial areas and easily accessible by public transport. In addition, there are restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals, markets and supermarkets near the area.

The neighborhood is extremely quiet, safe and residential. It has many playgrounds, green areas, outdoor gyms, soccer fields, fields volleyball courts, basketball courts, and also has markets where you can do daily shopping.
There is a taxi stand in the neighborhood that has its stop just one block away from the apartment. There is also public transportation (lines 9 and 108 with orange flag) one block away from the apartment that takes you to the city center in 15-25 minutes.
Also, walking towards the main avenues (Av. Beiging, Av. America, Av. SimĂłn Lopez) you will find more public transportation options to get to any place in the city.
