Pour les clients, ils aiment leur vie privée !!! Piscine privée et solarium !!! Magnifique TOUT NEUF Rénové 1 chambre, 2 étages Condo / maison, Casa Aventura Vallarta est très STRAIGHT FRIENDLY ET GAY OWNED, donnant sur la baie de Banderas et la vieille ville de Puerto Vallarta. Cette petite maison a une entrée indépendante et une grande terrasse ensoleillée privée et une grande piscine avec un coin ombragé, des chaises longues, une table à manger extérieure, un barbecue et une grande piscine, donnant sur la zone romantique et l'océon. La terrasse et la piscine ne sont pas partagées avec d'autres utilisateurs, juste pour ce condo. Ce condo / maison nouvellement construit, offre un design moderne avec des lignes épurées et nettes ... un refuge pittoresque et confortable. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoir en granit, 2 brûleurs, petit grill / four, micro-ondes, cafetière et réfrigérateur, NOUVELLE LAVEUSE ET SÉCHEUSE, coin repas et un salon avec vue partielle sur l'océan Pacifique. Lorsque vous descendez l'escalier circulaire, le niveau inférieur de cette maison offre la chambre principale avec 1 lit queen size, un dressing, une salle de bains avec douche et un lavabo à poser. Brossée par des brises fraîches, la grande terrasse sur le toit de ce séjour prolongé est parfaite pour profiter du soleil, se détendre tout en lisant un livre, admirer les couchers de soleil fantastiques ou les feux d'artifice du soir sur l'océan. Cette petite maison indépendante propose également, TV satellite et lecteur DVD, climatisation, coffre-fort personnel. Juste en face se trouve un petit mini supermarché et un stand Taco.
Puerto Vallarta est vraiment le paradis des vacanciers. Il est doté d'un nombre apparemment infini de belles plages, dont la plus populaire est la plage de Los Muertos, à quelques pas du condo / maison. Tous les bars (gay) sont également à proximité des restaurants.

Nos tarifs sont basés sur une occupation double, nous facturons pour une personne supplémentaire 25 US, si vous souhaitez louer le condo / maison à long terme, veuillez nous contacter pour un tarif mensuel spécial.

We enjoyed being able to walk down the hill to all the shops and restaurants in the romantic Zone. The sights and sounds of the local residents was nice, lots of chickens and roosters and dogs barking, real city sounds.

We were looking for a private space to enjoy the sun and pool at our leisure but close enough to walk to restaurants, the beach and shopping if that's what we chose to do. This place was perfect for our needs. Close enough to the action but we could escape to the pool when we wanted to.Our hosts were always available but very discreet. If you have any mobility issues this is not the place for you, otherwise we would highly recommend.

What a great stay! The property is perfectly situated in the Alta Vista area just above the Zona Romantica - a quick 10 minute downhill walk to everything and a 5 Uber ride back. Did that everyday. The private pool and deck were incredible. Javier was always available to answer any questions you might have. Perfect host. Hopefully we’ll be back next Feb-Mar.

This was a great spot for our first visit to PV, being located in a lively Mexican neighbourhood but easily walkable to the beaches, Malecon, shops, bars and restaurants of Zona Romantica. Centro and beyond. As others have mentioned, the view from this condo has evolved somewhat since the photos on the listing were taken. It still enjoys an elevated outlook across the city towards the bay and Javier has planted lush greenery around the patio for added privacy though maybe not as private as it once was with the ongoing new construction around.  The outside space of this condo is the reason to book here with various seating areas and we sprung for pool heating and really appreciated it.  It was nice to meet Javier who was welcoming and on hand if we needed anything.  The convenient location and terrific outside space made this a great value stay.

Beautiful view from the pool/balcony, just a short walk from all the restaurants, bars, and shopping. Javier took great care of us when we needed help, and otherwise gave us privacy. Perfect living size for a couple on vacation.

Steep hill and then flight of stairs was a bit much for us. However the apartment, deck and pool made up for it. We also loved the area. We found great restaurants and bars a short walk away…including the market.

Great property. The space is wonderful. the rooftop pool is absolutely DIVINE! The hill isn't as bad as it seems, although an uber ride was 3 from the beach, so we took advantage. Amazing patio and pool area. We spent many hours daily lounging in the pool and patio. The view is spectacular. Javier was a great host. Strong wifi throughout the property. We found the walk to town very easy, only about 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

I loved my stay here, the private terrace and pool were worth coming back for. be limber for this property to be accessible to you. It sits on a steep hill and there are quite a few stairs involved as well. But the workout was worth it!

Amazing rooftop

You will spend 90% of the time on the amazing rooftop area. The other reviews are correct, it is noisy with the owners dogs, chickens, and construction but you get used to the sounds quickly. Safe area close to everything but still an authentic neighbourhood will stay again.

Away from tourist area but close enough if you want to join Food stand right in front of building...truely authentic Comfortable secluded haven immersed within the local populous. Nice Stay

This was a very nice place to stay. The rooftop pool and patio area was used a lot. It's not a far walk to the restaurants, shops, and beaches. A challenge we had was with how loud it was in the morning with the roosters and dogs barking. We found that closing the windows and sliding doors helped quite a bit. The noise wasn't an issue outside of that. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is in a Mexican neighborhood and Mexicans celebrate New Year till 7 days after our dogs got afraid about the fire crackers and the bark, usually they don’t bark just if they hear something unusual. Please also consider the rate for a penthouse with a big pooftop and private pool for a low rate. We have another property close to the beach in tourist area what you can book via VRBO, but cost more than the double and the pool is shared. Also other owners have dogs they are afraid about the fire crackers and bark and babies crying. In our ad is written that the property is in a Mexican neighborhood. Amazing value, huge private pool, authentic Mexican neighbourhood!!!

We're a 'mature' Canadian couple who enjoy walking, fresh air, exercise, our own space to cook simple meals, some nice outdoor living to enjoy the sunshine and a pool to cool off in. The condo operated by the very friendly and capable Javier definitely ticks all the boxes. Sure, you have to be ready for the stairs, but for us the trade-off is well worth it. Lazy folks or those with mobility issues may want to look elsewhere -- but for us this place was a dream, with the pool at the very top of the list. Thanks for everything Javier. We hope to be back!!!!

Great View

This property provided a great view of downtown Puerto Vallarta and a wonderful outdoor lounging space complete with sun deck and pool. The property manager, Javier, was courteous and accommodating. The only reason for not giving the property five stars was the lack of communication concerning my arrival, which left me standing outside of the unit with no one around until I convinced the second-floor tenant to contact the owner of the penthouse. I was not given contact information for Javier prior to my arrival.

Great Stay

Well as everyone else has said it is at the top of the hill and there are a lot of stairs but it was really not that bad. Roosters and dogs all day long but you get used to it. Walking distance to everything (beach, malecon, restaurants, cathedral,markets, bars, stores) and cabs everywhere if you don't want to walk. The condo has everything you need including ac, laundry and housekeeping service. We used the barbeque several times. Good sun throughout the day and the pool was awesome.

A vacation to remember!!

From the moment we landed and made contact with Javier, we were set for a great Holiday. Javier met us curb side and helped us with our bags. We are not going to lie, there are stairs up to the unit, many stairs, but it is so worth the climb. The condo has a gorgeous private terrace, a large pool with an extraordinary view and full sun for most of the day with comfortable patio furniture to lounge around in. The unit itself has all kinds of amenities , however you'll end up spending most of your time on the terrace. The area is within walking distance to beaches , wonderful shops, and amazing restaurants, and just about everything you will need. Uber is available. We had the pleasure of meeting quite a few of the local neighbours and found them all quite friendly. Book this and you'll have a great holiday. Many thanks to Javier and Andreas

A charming condo with a beautiful pool terrace and view

We spent nine days in this condo during pride week in PV. In addition to being close to all shops and clubs, we enjoyed being a bit away from old PV (15 minutes walk), which prevented us from being disturbed by music and people talking late into the night. If you want to explore the whole Mexican neighborhood and experience everything it has to offer, this is the perfect place to stay. Because the neighborhood is on a steep hill, walking to the condo requires relatively good physical condition. Your workout for the day will be this. Despite the walk, the terrace view is worth it. It was a pleasure to work with Alejandro, the property manager, and all communication went smoothly. I suggest updating the pictures from the terrace since the view has changed due to a couple of buildings that were built. A shower remodel might also be necessary in the near future. This condo is a place I'd consider staying again in the future.

Beautiful pool

The pool and patio are beautiful! It was too cold without heating it, that costs $25/day and was essential when we visited. The photo of the view from the pool in the ad is dated - new construction has blocked some of that view of the ocean, sadly. The indoors caught the smell of cigarette smoke from a courtyard or another unit in the building. It might not bother smokers but it did affect us. And I would join the other reviewer who cautioned that the toilet isn’t private. The toilet wall and door do not reach the ceiling so someone in bed can hear every toilet noise as well as if they were standing beside the toilet. There are two mini marts on the block of the condo that were convenient, and we were a short walk to the neighborhood shops/bar scene and a totally reasonable walk to the beach! Despite the cigarette and bathroom problems, the pool and patio’s beauty made it a great stay.

Dear Stacey, That was your first e-mail to us: Thank you, we’re having a great time and sounds good! See you tomorrow at 11. We can forward that e-mail to every future guests. Then out of the blue came the accusation someone has smoked in the courtyard what is one floor below your bedroom window. Here my answers: Dear Stacey, Again it is logic that the pool heating fee is per day. It is impossible to heat a pool for a week for 25 US. Here my message when you ask for heating the pool to Javier: Please answer her we will put the heater on later when you are home and the charge is 25 US per day… Dear Stacey, I implying nothing, but now I don’t like your tone, it is insulting! When you arrived I put in the guest information folder my phone and e-mail, I also told the heating of the pool is 25 US per day. You told me you think about it. Like you contacted instead Javier I advised him, to let you again know the cost for the pool heating is 25 US per day. I’m sure he informed you. I still cant find that in any message from Javier, that the cost is 25 US for the whole stay. The accusation of the smell of smoke, sorry was a joke, because nobody smoked at the courtyard or in the house. If someone in an apartment building smokes on his balcony next to yours, sorry you can’t forbid it, but I’m sure you would try. When there is nothing to complain, you try to find something. We said nothing when you had your loud pool party with strangers the was not registered or when windows and the sliding door was open and you had the TV on full power. Even our other renter took it easy, also a non smoker. We are easy going and want that our guest have fun, so we don’t care about loud music or TV. Sorry in all the time we rent, we never had someone who tried deny the payment for the pool heating and so demanding like you.Sorry, but I don’t want go on with this blames.Everything is said and laid out. “The guest is the king, as long he behaves like one” Try to be happy and law at loud as you want, like you did on the terrace, we liked this part of you much more. When it came to the payment for the pool heating, everything became bad. VRBO description: “The pool is not heated, for an extra charge of 25 US per day we offer heating”. We I think every guest can understand that.

Beautiful pool!

Very nice apartment with a gorgeous deck area and pool! Managers were very kind and prompt. The pool pump had gone out over the holiday weekend, so we didnt use the pool for our first two days, but Javier got it up and running for the rest of our week. PROS: Heated pool. (We opted to heat the pool so it was nice to enjoy in the am's and evenings. Its a huge pool so I totally understand the additional cost) Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and boardwalk. (Kitchen is set up to cook, but your so close to so many restaurants, we ate out the majority of our time there. Everthing was super clean, comfy bed, hot water, and cable TV for in the evenings to watch a movie. Theres a little store right below you for ice and mixers. (They have filtered water at the apartment if you'd like to make ice) CONS: The stairs! But you get used to them. (If you can't climb a ladder, you probably shouldn't book this spot) To view the sunset, you'll need to walk down to the beach. There's 2 large condo complexes between your deck and the sunset, so depending on time of year, you may be able to glimpse it between the 2 bldgs, but probably not. There is construction going on across the street, which when finished, will look down on the pool and sun deck, but they have plants and umbrellas to block a lot of it, just sometimes there will be noise. We are both in our 50ties. Javier is Mexican and is architect. I’m (Andreas) born in Germany living 20 years in Mexico. I studied business law and journalism. So I open my own press and promotion agency on the side. I had my own columns in different newspapers and magazines. The promotion for hotel chains broth me also to Mexico. Playa Del Carmen was at that time a little fishermen’s village and here I dripped in to Javier. So we build our first hotel in Playa del Carmen (Hotel Aventura Mexicana) and opened 3 restaurants. My partner and I sold in 2006 and we were looking around for a change. So when we came to Puerto Vallarta, we said: Yes welcome to the real Mexico with culture and very friendly, open minded locals and a great scene. So we moved with our 2 dogs to Puerto Vallarta. We love it here and made in a short time a lot of friends.

You have your privacy, private large pool and sun deck with grill. Shopping, beaches, clubs and bars nearby and for sure we are open minded and gay friendly. Very close to all gay bars. Brushed by cool breezes, the rooftop terrace boasts amazing views of the Bay of Bandera's including the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the picturesque rooftops of the town.
Cool off in the private swimming pool, soak up the sun, relax on the double-size lounge under the shade arbor, read a book in the hammock, or view a fantastic sunset and the evening fireworks. The dining table at the sun deck can accommodate up to 6 people all these, covered patio with sitting area, a Grill and on the sun deck. THE SUN DECK AND THE POOL IS PRIVATE AND WILL BE JUST BY YOU.
