Magnifique TOUT NEUF RĂ©novĂ© 1 chambre, 2 Ă©tages Condo / maison, Casa Aventura Vallarta est trĂšs STRAIGHT FRIENDLY ET GAY OWNED, donnant sur la baie de Banderas et la vieille ville de Puerto Vallarta. Cette petite maison a une entrĂ©e indĂ©pendante et une grande terrasse ensoleillĂ©e privĂ©e et une grande piscine avec un coin ombragĂ©, des chaises longues, une table Ă  manger extĂ©rieure, un barbecue et une grande piscine, donnant sur la zone romantique et l'ocĂ©on. La terrasse et la piscine ne sont pas partagĂ©es avec d'autres utilisateurs, juste pour ce condo. Ce condo / maison nouvellement construit, offre un design moderne avec des lignes Ă©purĂ©es et nettes ... un refuge pittoresque et confortable. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec comptoir en granit, 2 brĂ»leurs, petit grill / four, micro-ondes, cafetiĂšre et rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, NOUVELLE LAVEUSE ET SÉCHEUSE, coin repas et un salon avec vue partielle sur l'ocĂ©an Pacifique. Lorsque vous descendez l'escalier circulaire, le niveau infĂ©rieur de cette maison offre la chambre principale avec 1 lit queen size, un dressing, une salle de bains avec douche et un lavabo Ă  poser. BrossĂ©e par des brises fraĂźches, la grande terrasse sur le toit de ce sĂ©jour prolongĂ© est parfaite pour profiter du soleil, se dĂ©tendre tout en lisant un livre, admirer les couchers de soleil fantastiques ou les feux d'artifice du soir sur l'ocĂ©an. Cette petite maison indĂ©pendante propose Ă©galement, TV satellite et lecteur DVD, climatisation, coffre-fort personnel. Juste en face se trouve un petit mini supermarchĂ© et un stand Taco.
Puerto Vallarta est vraiment le paradis des vacanciers. Il est doté d'un nombre apparemment infini de belles plages, dont la plus populaire est la plage de Los Muertos, à quelques pas du condo / maison. Tous les bars (gay) sont également à proximité des restaurants.

Nos tarifs sont basés sur une occupation double, nous facturons pour une personne supplémentaire 25 US, si vous souhaitez louer le condo / maison à long terme, veuillez nous contacter pour un tarif mensuel spécial.

This was a great spot for our first visit to PV, being located in a lively Mexican neighbourhood but easily walkable to the beaches, Malecon, shops, bars and restaurants of Zona Romantica. Centro and beyond. As others have mentioned, the view from this condo has evolved somewhat since the photos on the listing were taken. It still enjoys an elevated outlook across the city towards the bay and Javier has planted lush greenery around the patio for added privacy though maybe not as private as it once was with the ongoing new construction around.  The outside space of this condo is the reason to book here with various seating areas and we sprung for pool heating and really appreciated it.  It was nice to meet Javier who was welcoming and on hand if we needed anything.  The convenient location and terrific outside space made this a great value stay.

Great property. The space is wonderful. the rooftop pool is absolutely DIVINE! The hill isn't as bad as it seems, although an uber ride was 3 from the beach, so we took advantage. The location is fabulous, it was so nice. We ABSOLUTELY will be back. The host was so amenable and provided everything we needed and more. It is so private and nice. I guarantee you will not be disappointed! 5 STARS all around.

Rooftop Garden

Steep hill and then flight of stairs was a bit much for us. However the apartment, deck and pool made up for it. We also loved the area. We found great restaurants and bars a short walk away

I loved my stay here, the private terrace and pool were worth coming back for. be limber for this property to be accessible to you. It sits on a steep hill and there are quite a few stairs involved as well. But the workout was worth it!

Great View

This property provided a great view of downtown Puerto Vallarta and a wonderful outdoor lounging space complete with sun deck and pool. The property manager, Javier, was courteous and accommodating. The only reason for not giving the property five stars was the lack of communication concerning my arrival, which left me standing outside of the unit with no one around until I convinced the second-floor tenant to contact the owner of the penthouse. I was not given contact information for Javier prior to my arrival.

Amazing value, huge private pool, authentic Mexican neighbourhood!!!

We're a 'mature' Canadian couple who enjoy walking, fresh air, exercise, our own space to cook simple meals, some nice outdoor living to enjoy the sunshine and a pool to cool off in. The condo operated by the very friendly and capable Javier definitely ticks all the boxes. Sure, you have to be ready for the stairs, but for us the trade-off is well worth it. Lazy folks or those with mobility issues may want to look elsewhere -- but for us this place was a dream, with the pool at the very top of the list. Thanks for everything Javier. We hope to be back!!!!

Amazing Patio, Pool and View

Amazing patio and pool area. We spent many hours daily lounging in the pool and patio. The view is spectacular. Javier was a great host. Strong wifi throughout the property. We found the walk to town very easy, only about 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

A charming condo with a beautiful pool terrace and view

We spent nine days in this condo during pride week in PV. In addition to being close to all shops and clubs, we enjoyed being a bit away from old PV (15 minutes walk), which prevented us from being disturbed by music and people talking late into the night. If you want to explore the whole Mexican neighborhood and experience everything it has to offer, this is the perfect place to stay. Because the neighborhood is on a steep hill, walking to the condo requires relatively good physical condition. Your workout for the day will be this. Despite the walk, the terrace view is worth it. It was a pleasure to work with Alejandro, the property manager, and all communication went smoothly. I suggest updating the pictures from the terrace since the view has changed due to a couple of buildings that were built. A shower remodel might also be necessary in the near future. This condo is a place I'd consider staying again in the future.

Beautiful pool!

Very nice apartment with a gorgeous deck area and pool! Managers were very kind and prompt. The pool pump had gone out over the holiday weekend, so we didnt use the pool for our first two days, but Javier got it up and running for the rest of our week. PROS: Heated pool. (We opted to heat the pool so it was nice to enjoy in the am's and evenings. Its a huge pool so I totally understand the additional cost) Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and boardwalk. (Kitchen is set up to cook, but your so close to so many restaurants, we ate out the majority of our time there. Everthing was super clean, comfy bed, hot water, and cable TV for in the evenings to watch a movie. Theres a little store right below you for ice and mixers. (They have filtered water at the apartment if you'd like to make ice) CONS: The stairs! But you get used to them. (If you can't climb a ladder, you probably shouldn't book this spot) To view the sunset, you'll need to walk down to the beach. There's 2 large condo complexes between your deck and the sunset, so depending on time of year, you may be able to glimpse it between the 2 bldgs, but probably not. There is construction going on across the street, which when finished, will look down on the pool and sun deck, but they have plants and umbrellas to block a lot of it, just sometimes there will be noise. We enjoyed our time here and the heated pool! Thank you Andreas & Javier for a comfy stay in PV

Amazing rooftop

You will spend 90% of the time on the amazing rooftop area. The other reviews are correct, it is noisy with the owners dogs, chickens, and construction but you get used to the sounds quickly. Safe area close to everything but still an authentic neighbourhood will stay again.

Nice Stay

This was a very nice place to stay. The rooftop pool and patio area was used a lot. It's not a far walk to the restaurants, shops, and beaches. A challenge we had was with how loud it was in the morning with the roosters and dogs barking. We found that closing the windows and sliding doors helped quite a bit. The noise wasn't an issue outside of that. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot!

Beautiful view from the pool/balcony, just a short walk from all the restaurants, bars, and shopping. Javier took great care of us when we needed help, and otherwise gave us privacy. Perfect living size for a couple on vacation.

Thanksgiving in Puerto Vallarta

Javier was a great host. He was extremely friendly, and helpful and kind when we lost one of his keys. The back patio and pool was really big for two people, which includes a grill, a furniture set, and lounge chairs. It was a short walk down to the beach which has many restaurants and bars.

Away from tourist area but close enough if you want to join Food stand right in front of building...truely authentic Comfortable secluded haven immersed within the local populous. Because of all the amenities such as view, location there is a lot of stairs...good for cardio. Andreas and Javier are great hosts..leave you alone and/or quickly respond to issues.

Perfect Stay!

Alta Vista was the perfect setting for a relaxing and private vacation! The outdoor area is amazing! You can follow the sun or the shade all day with comfortable seating, great views, and strategic (and beautiful) landscaping. The pool is exactly as shown, private with beautiful views. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedroom is quiet and comfortable. The condo both inside and out is very clean and well maintained. We had cleaning service twice and the pool was serviced, too, but very quietly we never knew when! The neighborhood is wonderful with a quick walk downhill to the town. The location is perfect to enjoy all that PV has to offer! We can't wait to return!

Beautiful pool

The pool and patio are beautiful! It was too cold without heating it, that costs $25/day and was essential when we visited. The photo of the view from the pool in the ad is dated - new construction has blocked some of that view of the ocean, sadly. The indoors caught the smell of cigarette smoke from a courtyard or another unit in the building. It might not bother smokers but it did affect us. And I would join the other reviewer who cautioned that the toilet isn’t private. The toilet wall and door do not reach the ceiling so someone in bed can hear every toilet noise as well as if they were standing beside the toilet. There are two mini marts on the block of the condo that were convenient, and we were a short walk to the neighborhood shops/bar scene and a totally reasonable walk to the beach! Despite the cigarette and bathroom problems, the pool and patio’s beauty made it a great stay.

Beautiful Puerto Vallarta

Andreas and Javier's property was wonderful. It is a quick walk to the beach, great restaurants and pretty much anything you need. The outdoor space is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and just soaking up the sun. The people in the neighborhood are friendly and kind. We felt safe everywhere we went. We loved the taco stand right below the property! This is a great place to stay when in Puerto Vallarta! Our thanks to Andreas and Javier for sharing their home with us!

Pool, terrace, and views are stunning. The interior is on the small side

The terrace is simply fantastic. It has great views of the city and the exterior furniture offers comfortable places to lounge, sit, or eat. There is often a nice breeze but when there isn't there is a super powerful fan to help you stay cool. The interior is smaller than I thought it would be. The toilet and shower are only about 5 feet or 1.5 meters from the bed. They are separated by partial walls so you don't see into them from the bed, but you hear and smell them. If you use them while someone is asleep you will probably wake that person up. Because the rooms are small, the AC cools them down in about 5 minutes, which is great. The living room and kitchen area is comfortable for 2 people to cook, relax, and eat. The kitchen has good cookware, serving dishes, and storage containers. The location was perfect for us. It is close enough to the touristy beach area to walk there if you want fancy dinners and stores. But there are lots of less expensive, local-focused places that are closer. We enjoyed a mix of both, so living just outside the tourist area was perfect. Although its wonderful for a vacation, I would not recommend working remotely from the house. I never found a comfortable spot to use my laptop for extended periods, so I switched from the kitchen table to the couch to the outdoor table every hour. My husband rented a desk at a nearby co-working space, which he loved. If we have any work to do next time we come back, we will definitely do that.

Beautiful pool, sundeck, and neighborhood.

The pool and sundeck exceeded our expectations. Much more stunning than the pictures. We loved the neighborhood. This is the "real" Vallarta instead of the tourist areas. Such friendly people. Small store across the street for necessities, larger one 100' away with most everything, and a taco stand in front of the condo. Javier was extremely attentive to everything. No problems at all for the entire stay. If you have a problem with stairs, this might not be the place. A little hard the first day but after a few days it was much easier. The pool was crystal clear all the time and the cleaning lady was excellent. Must have been 50 potted trees and plants around the sundeck area so it looked like a garden. Just one word " Amazing". Can't wait to go back.

From the moment I walked in I knew that it was going to be a memorable vacation. The best views, great location, great beds. The only thing needed is a full length mirror . The gym is well equipped, great pool top lounge all to gether I am hoping to be in the same spot next year. Thanks again.

Amazing

A long list here. Pictures are accurate. It’s better than the pictures. I’m embarrassed to divulge that I don’t remember cleaning lady’s name. Thorough, inobtrusive, pleasant and professional. All of our time was spent on terrace. We have no idea if the TV works. Only reason for the four star location is the hill up to property. That fact is made very clear on the web site so this is not a negative comment. Uber. Cheap, reliable and we used it a fair bit. The store 50 feet over is better stocked than the one across the street. Several homemade products that are very good. Good people at the taco stand. Coffee, sugar and powdered creamer on site. Handsome rooster walking around the sidewalks letting all know he’s alive too. Javier. A charming gentleman. At arrival carried heavy suitcase for us. Shared a cerveza. Stated and clearly meant it, “this is your home now”. Two suggestions. Some spices for cooking and sharp knife or two. Or some way to sharpen knives. We don’t really want to go back to Calgary today, it’s COLD there, but I’m sure Javier doesn’t want to adopt us full time.

We are both in our 50ties. Javier is Mexican and is architect. I’m (Andreas) born in Germany living 20 years in Mexico. I studied business law and journalism. So I open my own press and promotion agency on the side. I had my own columns in different newspapers and magazines. The promotion for hotel chains broth me also to Mexico. Playa Del Carmen was at that time a little fishermen’s village and here I dripped in to Javier. So we build our first hotel in Playa del Carmen (Hotel Aventura Mexicana) and opened 3 restaurants. My partner and I sold in 2006 and we were looking around for a change. So when we came to Puerto Vallarta, we said: Yes welcome to the real Mexico with culture and very friendly, open minded locals and a great scene. So we moved with our 2 dogs to Puerto Vallarta. We love it here and made in a short time a lot of friends.

Cool off in the private swimming pool, soak up the sun, relax on the double-size lounge under the shade arbor, read a book in the hammock, or view a fantastic sunset and the evening fireworks. The dining table at the sun deck can accommodate up to 6 people all these, covered patio with sitting area, a Grill and on the sun deck. THE SUN DECK AND THE POOL IS PRIVATE AND WILL BE JUST BY YOU.
