The Eagle's Nest

Nestled on the peninsula of Big Eagle Lake, this wonderful retreat sits 5 miles west of Big Lake. The entire home was recently remodeled and most everything upgraded inside and out.

The layout of the home is fantastic for families or small groups to enjoy. The main floor is set up with the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and master bath. Each has a large flat screen TV with streaming capabilities. The open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen allowing each group to spend time together and make incredible memories.

Downstairs is listed as a bedroom as it has 2 additional beds with a large picture window for enjoying all of nature’s beauty right from your bed. It also has it's own door that walks out onto the patio.

The backyard is a great place relax on the patio, enjoy a campfire and enjoy the beautiful lake views.

From the location to the amenities, to the décor and furnishing, this home is a perfect location to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

House Rules:
+No pets
+No parties.....our neighbors live here year round, they are not in vacation mode. :)
+Outdoor fires: not to be left unattended, please extinguish completely
+The pontoon and Jet Ski are off limits. No tampering with or sitting on etc. It is monitored with security cameras and there will be a minimum $500 fee if any of these rules are not followed (or whatever it costs to fix if this rule is not followed). Aluminum fishing boat and trolling motor available upon request.
+Our home is on the peninsula. It is a dead-end narrow road, please drive slow and use caution when backing out of our driveway.
+Trash day is Tuesday morning, if you are there on Monday, please put cans out Monday evening. Missing this will result in a $50 fine that it costs to get the garbage company to come back out.
+Please load all dishes in the dishwasher and start it before leaving.
+Lawn company may need to stop by to water plants and mow. We will try to keep this to a minimum or schedule when it is not rented, but that might not always work. We will give notice before hand if anyone needs to come during your stay.
+We understand that accidents happen. Please let us know if anything gets broken etc so we can replace it for our next guests. Any excessive damage to the property will be replaced and back charged to the renter.
+ Any stays longer than 30 days will require a separate short term lease agreement.
