The main home boasts classic Spanish architecture with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin trundle. The living room has a full sofa bed, allowing additional guests to comfortably sleep. The cozy living area is adorned with traditional accents and contemporary furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up delicious meals to be enjoyed in the adjacent dining area.
Outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted by our expansive outdoor space, complete with two jacuzzis where you can unwind under the stars. Gather around one of the two fire pits for cozy evenings filled with laughter and storytelling. With plenty of room to lounge, BBQ, and bask in the California sunshine, our property is the perfect setting for unforgettable gatherings.
Two Additional Guest Houses (Available for Extra Space):
For those seeking more space or additional privacy, there are two detached guest houses located at the back of the property.
Unit 3 is more like a one bedroom and can sleep up to 6 guests.
Unit 2 is a studio and can sleep 4 guests.
These units are completely private, offering a unique ambiance and extra comfort for your guests and all include their own private kitchenette and private bathroom as well as courtyard, fire pit, BBQ and an additional hot tub.
Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and houses of worship, our retreat offers easy access to everything you need for a memorable vacation. Whether you`re seeking adventure at nearby attractions or simply looking to relax and unwind in serene surroundings, this Spanish cottage is your ideal home away from home. This is a really wonderful residential neighborhood. Close to many shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The folks in the neighborhood are just so nice and friendly. It`s really a wonderful place for families and pets as well.
Getting around is very easy as the property is close to all major roads and freeways such as the 101 and the 405. If needed there is public transportation close by on both Burbank blvd and Van Nuys Blvd. There is plenty of private parking space in the driveway of the home plus plenty of free street parking as well just in front of the house.

âą Please note that by booking this property, you are renting the entire villa for the duration of your stay. The villa is entirely for your use and enjoyment, ensuring complete privacy during your visit. Please respect the space and all house rules during your stay.
âą The owners normally live on this property and gladly rent it when they are away. During your stay, you will have full access to the property for yourself and your guests. All we ask is that you treat the house with the same respect as you would your own, in accordance with the house rules.
âą Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Our cleaning team needs enough time to prepare for the next guests or owners.
âą Late check-out must be approved in advance. Unapproved late check-out will incur a $150 fee.
âą Operating hours are 11:00 AM â 8:00 PM. For emergencies outside these hours, feel free to contact us. Non-urgent concerns will be addressed the following day.
âą Jacuzzi use and heating:
â- Jacuzzi use: $100
âą Jacuzzi/Hot tub rules:
- There are two hot tubs in the property.
â- No pets in the hot tub.
â- Kids must be supervised at all times.
â- Non-potty-trained children must wear waterproof swim diapers.
â- Report any accidents immediately to avoid further damage.
âą Do not remove hoses, vacuums, or equipmentâthis can damage the system.
âą Outdoor security cameras are in use for your safety. No indoor cameras. Guests may not move or tamper with cameras.
âą No smoking inside the home or in patios. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine.
âą No drugs of any kind.
âą Drink responsibly.
âą Please handle all furniture, dĂ©cor, and house items with care. Use coasters and provided table protectorsâespecially on wood furniture.
âą This is a quiet residential neighborhood:
â- Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM.
â- No loud music, amplified sound, or live performances.
âą No parties allowed. Violation will result in a $4,000 fine and/or eviction.
âą No unregistered or unannounced guests. Each unauthorized guest is subject to a $400 fee and/or eviction.
âą Do not access the guest house or any off-limits areas that are not included in your reservation.
âą Filming, photoshoots, or productions must be pre-approved. Unauthorized productions are subject to a $4,000 fine and/or eviction.
âą Pet policy (if applicable):
â- Pets allowed with prior approval.
â- Pet fee: $60 per pet, maximum of 2 pets
â- Please clean up after your pet.
âą Maintenance visits occur regularly (e.g., gardener on Mondays, pool technician on Wednesdays). Guests may not deny them access.
âą Turn off all lights, close and lock all doors/windows when leaving or checking out.
âą We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
âą If you leave an item behind, we will try to coordinate its return but cannot guarantee it.
âą Violation of house rules will result in a $500 fine per incident. Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
