BEAUTIFUL OCEAN FRONT CONDO in Cherry Grove Beach. Best views of the beach!

This is a one bedroom, one bath, ocean front condo in the Cherry Grove Section of North Myrtle Beach. It is a family condo unit with only 9 units. We are on the second floor and directly face the ocean! With the glass wall fronting the beach, you literally have a beautiful view of the ocean always available in the living room. The front room is combination living room, dining table, and fully stocked kitchen with dishes, appliances, pots and pans, utensils, etc. We also have a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. There is no elevator in the building. No pets are allowed.
The location is less than 2-3 blocks within many restaurants, grocery store, hardware store, post office, ice cream parlors, gift shops, liquor store, and more. I love never having to get in the car again once I've arrived! Restaurants include seafood, pizza, delis, pancake houses, and more.
If you want to go exploring, the shag capital of the world is 2 miles away in Ocean Drive. Our area has a Walmart, Publix, Outback, and too many others to name. Also, a large shopping outdoor mall. All these are on Hwy. 17 in our area. To go further exploring, Myrtle Beach itself is about a 20-25 minute drive. Anyone can find anything to do there!!
The bedroom has two double beds, and one of those has a twin bed on top. Please bring all your sheets and towels - for bath, kitchen, and beach. There is a laundromat less than 10 minutes away north up Hwy. 17.

Everything was great! This owner has thought of everything all the way down to new batteries in case they are needed and card games for good times. It makes the visit so much more relaxing. The instructions before the trip were very helpful and the tips at the condo were extremely helpful.But the best part... I couldn't keep my eyes off of the view from the back balcony. Fantastic sunrise shots and ocean view.

Location is perfect. I am so sorry, we got 1/2 way home and found we left some food in the refrigerator.. I am so very sorry. Some suggestions to make this a much better place. 1. Get new pillows and pilllow covers (not sheets) renters can put sheets on over them . Get new white mattress covers that are not bodily stained!. Buy bed bug covers for each mattress. Have cleaning crew clean behind furniture and bathroom floor had dirt under the little stand and a LOT of sand on the floor.. renters would come back. Purchase a view new pans 1. Velcro snatched (dangerous) frypans can't sit level on the burners. Bed improvement are MOST important! 2 will be more like 4 and 5s. Thank you.

Great location and view. Room was priced well. Some cleanliness issues that we made owner aware of immediately. Took until next evening to hear back. Didn’t have much resolution or anything before we left. No helpful solution to issue. Other than cleaning toilet seat and food out of sink ourselves the rest would hopefully be remedied for next guest.

I went with my mom for our annual girls beach trip and I am so happy we found this hidden gem! Condo is within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. Beds were super comfy. Shower was hot and the tub drained well. Located on the 2nd floor so easy trip to unload and load. Assigned parking so no worries about finding a spot. Complex is almost sound proof. Other guests were staying next door but never heard them. The view from the balcony can’t be beat. Such a cute cozy condo with plenty of space for the two of us. We will definitely book again!
The view alone makes this condo worth it!
Bedroom is exactly as described.

Pros: Great location. Beautiful views from the balcony, within walking distance to Boulineau’s and several restaurants. Only a mile to Platt’s Seafood. Condo was very affordable and it was nice to have an assigned parking spot. Bed was comfy. Easy check in and check out.Cons: Condo could really use fresh paint throughout. The closet is pretty tiny and was filled with cleaning supplies and air filters (thankfully because we changed the one that was in service) DVD player had no remote (I did alert owner about this) and blender did not work.

Liked that it was on the second floor, cozy, all I needed to relax and be at the beach, simple as that. My golf courses were close by which was nice as well. The water was wonderful! I do smoke and was kind of bummed I couldn't sit on balcony and have one but I can understand with the wind being so much stronger on that side of the building could be dangerous. Other than that will probably book again one day if I get the chance. Thanks!

I looked at properties all up and down the beach in the North Myrtle Beach area. The main thing that sold me was the view! Once the agent opened the blinds, I said "this is the one!"

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location is excellent, the view incredible, and your stay will have a family, cozy feel.
We are one building with only 9 units. You will not have to hassle with front-desk check-in, elevators, late night parties, or excess noise. This is not a party place and that is observed by all owners and tenants.
