Great Place for Families and Friends

We loved the space for activities, fire pit, location, neighborhood and layout. Laundry area very handy. Lots of amenities, TVs, though we didn’t use them very much, Everything you need for a great vacation

Properly prepared to host

The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay. Clearly was setup for guests. Would love to stay again in the summer to take advantage of the backyard.

Family Getaway

Used this home as a base for a family gathering while attending a wedding in Derry,NH. We decided to spend a few days in Nashua taking in the sights and enjoying the town’s many excellent restaurants. Kyle was the best throughout our stay. We would highly recommend visiting this home

Great centrally located house!

Loved this house! Great location, easy to get to neighboring towns, shops and restaurants and really cool that it backs up to old railroad tracks! Super clean, comfortable and great "home away from home" while we were in New Hampshire for a long weekend. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful property & host

My family and I stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday, while visiting family about 45 mins away. The home was just as described and photographed, so cozy and relaxing. Beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, clean and modern bathrooms, and a lovely living room for family gathering. Well-equipped kitchen and location close to shops and restaurants made this the perfect spot for us. We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay!

The home was super cozy and very clean and was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We found it to be close to shops, restaurants and other things to do. Has a nice back porch with corn hole and a hot tub as well as a fire pit in the backyard. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great (which was a blessing as we went during 90 degree weather). The host was very nice and communicated well throughout the entire process. Would absolutely stay there again!!!

Property was just right for us. All was accurate according to listing. The host was amazing and fixed small issues within that day of reporting issues. Very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you Kyle. Would definitely rent again.

Cozy home In Nashua

We had a wonderful time with three adults, a baby, and toddler. The home had many thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and comforting. It was nice for the kids to have toys and a pak n play ready. The outdoor hot tub and coffee bar were amazing. Comfortable beds and linens. If we are ever in the area again we will be back! A warning to guests that it was a smart house. Took us a little time to learn but was no big issue.

A perfect home away from home

This rental was a perfect home away from home to have our granddaughter visit us during our stay. The house is clean and has plenty of space to entertain our guests. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub on our first night there, and it felt great after our long drive up. When it was time for bed, the upstairs master suite awaiting us had a roomy and very relaxing bed with soft large pillows and a fluffy comforter. Surprisingly, the area's noise level is very low, even at Halloween time. The laundry room and bathrooms are fully equipped with the essentials. The first-floor bathroom even has a jetted bathtub, which I truly enjoyed! We look forward to another great stay in the future; hopefully, it will be available!

The house is more spacious than you think. We were there when it was really hot. The window air conditioners worked well to keep us cool. If you’re used to central air, these units are a little loud if you need them on overnight. The basement bedroom was comfortable and cool. The upstairs bathroom is new and full of light. The hot tub worked great and is in an area that includes a fun and large area for kids to play. The owners are very welcoming and respond quickly to all messages. Lovely to deal with. The location is excellent and the neighborhood is quiet. We recommend walks in Greeley Park and the Mill Dam area for a peaceful refuge in nature. There are also neighborhood markets through the city, with Jeannotte’s being close by. They make delicious grinders. Bonhoeffer’s for breakfast will not disappoint for coffee and breakfast. If you’re looking for exceptional food, try The Peddler’s Daughter downtown for fish and chips, managers and mash, or cottage pie. And their sticky toffee pudding is out of this world and much better than the one served in Boston at Ramsey’s Kitchen. (Sorry, Gordon.)

Price- details

The pics show a pool. No pool! It was obvious that there rehabbing. Also hot tub has leak and floor was soaked, and had soft spots which means it’s been leaking for some time. Broken picnic table, plastic chairs, really not set up for enjoying outdoor New England fall. Fire pit, but no wood! We drove up from Florida to bury my brother and my mom and we’re going to have a cookout after. When we saw that this place was not going to work, we moved it to my daughter’s place in Dracut. Bottom line definitely not worth $3000.00! Disappointed
