Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located private apartment within walking distance of Washington and Lee University and Virginia Military Institute campuses.

This 1 bedroom apartment offers 850 sqft of living space, a queen sized bed, 1 bathroom with shower, full kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, designated work space with fast wi-fi, printer, and two screens, and a living room with 55" flat screen TV and XBox to entertain guests.

113-1 W Nelson is affiliated with Lexington Mercantile, which is located on the upper level of the building. As a thank you, guests will be offered 10% off of all purchases of wine and food throughout their stay!

Accommodations can be made to pre-stock the refrigerated with any foods you'd like during your stay.

Unit comes with a free parking space located behind unit.

Location! Location! Location!

Staying at this apartment was one of the best experiences we’ve had in Lexington. It’s located in the best spot, we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment itself is HUGE, and is so comfortable you feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location

My husband and I were in town for an event at W&L and loved that we could park our car and easily walk to campus and around town. The apartment itself is very nice with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated that coffee pods were stocked in the kitchen. Lee provided clear instructions about check-in and parking. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an awesome space, and the owners were very easy to work with. I appreciated them letting me know about their connection to their nearby food & wine shop. I was able to order some prepared dishes from them in advance and host my daughter and her friends for dinner at the apartment. The food was top notch. Highly recommend.

Winery and Friends Visit

This apartment is beautiful and well appointed with everything you would need for a home away from home - right down to toothpaste and toothbrushes. Right in the heart of Lexington- park your vehicle and walk to everything. Highly Recommend this gem- we will be back!!

Great location

I stayed for almost 10 days. Space is enough, cozy for by myself and many cooking tools. Son visited often from his school. Communication with the owner was nice.Only one thing if I can share, there is foot step noise from upstairs everyday.
