Luxury Old Town Scottsdale Home with Pool and Spa
Summary:
The waterfall in Old Town Scottsdale is a fully remodeled residence, centrally located in Old Town Scottsdale, minutes from the nightlife and one block from Scottsdale Stadium. With 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a heated pool, a 12 person spa, firepits, a putting green, and a spacious outdoor living area it is truly one of the most unique residences in Old Town Scottsdale. Walkable to the stadium and restaurants, old town entertainment district is a 5 minute golf cart or lyft ride away!
Guest Access:
A digital keypad allows instant access to the house. You will have access to the entire house, backyard, & front yard. One closet is locked off for cleaning supplies.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the heart of old town Scottsdale. 1/4 Mile to the Scottsdale Stadium and less than a 4 minute drive to the Entertainment District.
Getting Around:
Guests can easily take Uber/Lyft/Waymo around, this address is also in the service area for the many golf carts that can take you around the entertainment district of old town Scottsdale.
Other Things to Note:
The property has both a pool & spa. There is no charge for heating of the spa. There is a charge of $85/per night of the stay to heat the pool up to 85 degrees (2 night minimum). This is generally needed from October through early May to make the pool comfortable. Please let us know at least 24 hrs. before your stay if you would like the pool heated so we can have the pool up to temperature before your arrival. Due to our insurance policies, we are unable to provide pool floats, but you are welcome to bring your own or have them delivered via amazon. We do provide an electric pool pump for blowing them up.
A ring doorbell and exterior cameras are present and operating/recording 24/7. Cameras are on the front Left & Right of the residence, next to front door (doorbell), and the side access gate area. Cameras are used for occupancy, security, and for use in emergency situations. There are no cameras in the back yard.
This property includes an outdoor noise aware system to monitor decibel levels of outdoor sound levels produced at the residence to ensure noise limits are respected for neighbors. (No actual sounds or conversations are monitored or recorded by this device, it simply records noise decibel levels and alerts us if thresholds are exceeded)
Outdoor Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM. The city is extremely strict on any kind of events or excessive outside noise at night, please no outside music or loud noises after 9PM. During the day, noise/music must be at reasonable levels to not disturb neighbors. Police have the authority by city law to evict guests that are creating excessive noise or violating any other laws. If the police are called to the residence, guests are responsible for any fees/fines assessed and there are no refunds if the stay is ended by the host, booking platform, or police due to violation of laws/rules. Occupancy of the property cannot exceed 8 people at any time.
Glitter, confetti, or balloons that contain confetti are not allowed inside or outside the residence. Please no balloons or small toys in the pool as they can be sucked into the pool drains and can cause damage to the pool pumps. Any outside vendors must be approved in writing by host to ensure compliance with city laws. We allow decorating services, mobile massage, IV therapy, yoga, hair/makeup artists. We do not allow DJ's, bounce houses, food trucks, or any vendors that produce unreasonable noise outside. Professional chefs/catering is allowed as long as excessive outside noise is not generated, but vendors must haul off all grease & trash. Teppanyaki/Hibachi chefs are not allowed due to the excessive noise created outside.
Once a booking is requested and confirmed, a required e-sign document will be sent to you with additional terms/conditions along with the pool waiver for use of the pool. Booking is not confirmed until we have received this e-signed document back. ID verification / Guest Verification / Sex Offender check may be required based on the platform used to book.
